It’s a great home base for guests who want space to relax while still being a short drive from Meow Wolf, the Railyard, the Plaza, Canyon Road, local restaurants, parks, museums, and everyday conveniences.

This is not the busy downtown tourist core, and that’s part of the appeal. Spend your days exploring Santa Fe’s food, art, hiking, and culture, then come home to a calmer neighborhood where evenings feel simple and restful.

A car is recommended for this home. Cimarron is in a quiet residential area, so it’s best suited for guests who plan to drive or use rideshare to explore Santa Fe.

The home has easy access to main roads, making it simple to get to Meow Wolf, the Railyard, the Plaza, Canyon Road, grocery stores, restaurants, museums, and nearby parks. Most Santa Fe attractions are just a short drive away.

Rideshare is usually available in Santa Fe, but we recommend planning ahead during busy weekends, holidays, or late evenings. The neighborhood itself is peaceful for a stroll, but it is not a downtown walking location.
1. Maximum Occupancy
The maximum occupancy for this property is strictly limited to 8 guests at any time. This includes adults, children, and infants.

2. Reservation Details
The reservation must accurately reflect the number of guests. Any changes to the number of guests must be approved by the host prior to check-in.

3. Unauthorized Guests
No unauthorized guests are allowed on the property. If the host discovers more than 8 guests on the property, it will result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund.

4. No Events or Parties
Events, parties, or large gatherings are not allowed. Any breach of this rule will result in immediate eviction without refund.

5. Host Verification
The host reserves the right to verify the number of guests at any time during the stay.

6. Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this time, noise must be kept to a minimum to respect the neighboring properties.

7. Compliance
Non-compliance with these occupancy rules will result in immediate eviction from the property, with no refund for the remaining nights.

By booking this property, guests agree to adhere to these rules and understand that any violation may result in additional fees, charges, or legal action as deemed appropriate by the host.
