Appliances include a stainless steel refrigerator, oven and range, and dishwasher. Ice and water are included in the fridge. Tiled countertops and backsplashes feature hand-painted motifs. It's easy to cook for the whole family thanks to a full set of cookware and dishes.

**DINING AREA**

Another brilliant skylight shines down on the dining table, which comfortably seats six guests. Room for three more is available at the kitchen bar.

**BEDROOMS**

There are two bedrooms in the home. The primary suite holds a king bed and comes with an attached bathroom. It also has its own TV and doors that open onto a relaxing porch. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and another TV.

**BATHROOMS**

Both of the bathrooms are decorated with hand-painted basins plus painted tiles on both the countertops and walk-in showers. The guest bathroom has yet another skylight over the shower.

**PATIO**

A covered patio out front gives you somewhere to sit down and drink in the spirit of the Southwest. Enjoy the xeriscaped terrain as you relax in the fresh air.

**AMENITIES**

Guests can make use of Fort Marcy Hotel Suites common amenities, including an indoor pool and hot tub. They are located in the main building, near the intersection of Kearny Ave and Sunset St.

**LOCATION**

This condo is part of Fort Marcy Hotel Suites, located on the hill a mere five blocks from Santa Fe Plaza. You can walk straight to the heart of Santa Fe from here, but the walk back is a challenge. Similarly, there are scenic trails behind the property, including historical overlooks that offer panoramic views of the city center.

PROPERTY ACCESSIBILITY

Multiple staircases traverse the property grounds and there is a short walk from the parking lot to your unit. Climbing stairs is required to access some units and common areas. This is a two-story unit. The bedrooms in this condominium are located on the second floor—climbing stairs is required to reach them.

WALKING TO THE PLAZA

The Santa Fe Plaza is about a 10-minute downhill walk from the property. Please keep in mind the return trip will be uphill and takes around 20 minutes.
