We understand the confusion that arose, and I'm glad we were able to clarify and show you that the light fixture was new and fully functional. It's important to us that our guests have a well-lit and comfortable environment during their stay.Regarding the heater, during the warmer months, we typically do not activate the gas heaters for safety and to maintain a comfortable room temperature. However, we are always more than willing to accommodate any special requests, and if you'd preferred the heater on, we would have been happy to assist.Concerning the bugs, we have regular pest control services to ensure our rooms remain pest-free. While we make every effort to prevent unwanted critters, occasionally, nature finds its way inside, like an occasional spider. We apologize for any unease this may have caused you, and we'll continue our efforts to minimize such occurrences.Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities.
