Our property description provided all the information available for Cynthia to assess whether or not it would meet her needs for lots of space. Also, with Covid-19 - combined with a tight housing market in Santa Fe - our long-term requests increased dramatically Spring 2020 and we have added some amenities needed by long-term people since Cynthia. I would say that the 400 square foot space is really not right for someone who needs lots of storage of sports equipment (even though we offered her a spot in the garage to store her equipment). Nevertheless, we are saddened that Cynthia had a less than optimum experience with us. The rating of two we believe is uncalled for as it was Cynthia's responsibility to match a space with her needs. We remain secure in our standing, as this is the first person in three years that has rated us lower than a five or four on any aspect rated..

Lovely review, thank-you. Many of our guests enjoy the "city by day and country by night" feature of our property. It's stunningly quiet. And it's a beautiful drive to town, which can take as little as 15 minutes if you drive the 75 mph speed limit on the freeway. We do inform people about the location in the description. Plus, the location puts you near dining options and wilderness hiking/exploration on this side of town.
