The Lincoln 503 is a fully furnished, luxury vacation rental, located on the top floor of The Lincoln, a five-story building in the very center of Santa Fe. Relax and indulge as our VIP guests and rest assured, here at The Lincoln, you are as “Downtown Luxury, and Santa Fe Style,” as you can get. The Lincoln 503 provides expansive views, quiet, security, and convenience in a beautifully decorated penthouse setting, all situated less than one block to the Santa Fe Plaza. From your king-bedded guest bedroom, on the north patio, you can watch the sunrise over the Sangre de Cristo Mountains, see the aspens change color around the Santa Fe Ski Basin, and plan a walk to the Cross of the Martyrs or Atalaya ridge, all in plain view as you enjoy coffee on the east patio. From your spacious living room, comfortable furniture will invite you to settle in and enjoy a fire, cobalt blue sky, and blood-red sunsets, along with views of the Plaza and western mountains.

**Please note: As of August 2026, the elevator in the Lincoln Building is undergoing repairs and is non-functional. We are happy to continue to host you, but please keep in mind that access to your unit will be via the set of stairs in the center of the building. We hope to have this completed by mid-November. The guest en suite bathroom provides a large walk-in shower, custom made vanity and private water closet. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with the latest high-end appliances, well-stocked cooking utensils, and plenty of counter space for preparing delicious southwest meals. Open loft-style ceilings, hardwood floors, air conditioning, designer cabinetry, granite countertops, custom bathroom tile, private balconies, a wet bar, and a utility room complete with a washer and dryer are just a few of the amenities in store for you at The Lincoln Residence 503.

One parking spot in the lot adjacent to the Lincoln Building is included with your reservation. It is a private off-street lot and you will receive a parking pass for entry and exit. The lot cannot accommodate oversized vehicles.
