Great little place
We had a slight issue with the AC unit. Contacted Amy and she was there in person in less than thirty minutes to rectify. She's done a great job of making the place cozy and the private courtyard is a plus. Would definitely recommend.

Cosy little house
We liked our stay in the casita a lot ! It's not so far from downtown but too far to go on foot! We took the bus from Agua Fria rd.It's only 5' from the casita.There is a bus every hour on 10' to an hour. The bus stops at the plaza.

Wonderful choice!
A quiet and private retreat with organic/eco friendly products/supplies. Amy did a great and thoughtful job with use of the space (a lot packed in), nice sky lights (darkened over bed), easy check in and responsive communication. She is a pro at realizing/anticipating what guests might need and how they will need to use the space. Highly recommend!

Perfect Casita Getaway
This was the perfect casita for our weekend in Santa Fe. The location was near many of our favorite places. Thanks to Amy, everything provided helped us relax and it was so nice to have the French press and creamer in the fridge. Coffee and breakfast options were also available within walking distance, which was nice after a long drive. We look forward to spending time at the Rose Casita again.

The perfect oasis in Santa Fe
The Rose Casita was super adorable, well stocked (with so many available options for tea), clean, and absolutely amazing. The outside area was secluded and beautiful. The art and statues outside and inside were gorgeous and we would def stay again. Downtown Santa Fe is not far away and we recommend checking out local coffee shops (our fav was The Mud Hut).

A perfect little casita.
The Rose Casita was well appointed and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much. The neighborhood was quiet. The only minor downside was that it wasn't really close enough to walk into Santa Fe's plaza, but the drive was quick.

The Rose Casita
We have been going to Santa Fe for years and this rental by far was the BEST! The owner's communication with us was outstanding. If anyone desires a fantastic night's sleep this Casita has the bed for you. We will be back for sure this was just the BEST EVER.

Very Pleasant
It is placed 10 minutes away from just about everywhere we wanted to go. Nicely secluded from the busy city though it shares the property with other, bigger stays. Clean and well stocked kitchen and pantry with modern amenities, and a nice espresso machine. Unfortunately, it was not functioning. Needed to be descaled and was really bummed to not be able to use the machine. AC unit had some issues and only put out hot air. Was fine for our stay but unsure about summer months Overall, a very cute stay and would be okay with staying here again!

Lovingly appointed, charning space
The property was very clean, all furnishings looked new and had a charming "Santa Fe feel". Amy was gracious and very responsive. I would not hesitate to recommend this space to anyone travelling to Santa Fe.

Nice getaway weekend
The Rose Casita was a nice, super clean studio in Santa Fe. Plenty of towels and tea and coffee supplied. The king bed was comfy and having a small kitchen was handy for sandwiches and light breakfast. Not a deal breaker but It was a bit awkward that the frig and microwave are in the bathroom entry. Easy drive to downtown. Best for singles or couples.

Casita Gem
We loved the comfort, coziness and privacy of the The Rose Casita. Close enough to old Santa Fe to experience the fun, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to provide a relaxing retreat with room to spread out, cook as needed and enjoy the lovely outdoor space.

Terrible A/C & TV & Checkout time & Unfriendly Host
Casita is well appointed, clean, and in a good location close to town. We stayed there for my 50th birthday. However: 1) A/C is temperamental, it was either very hot or very cold in the casita at night. Also the A/C was VERY loud. 2) The streaming service on the TV did not work, the connection was so slow, it barely was able to load home screen on Netflix. Impossible to stream any shows, despite trying several times. 3) Check-out time: I had not paid attention to the checkout instructions so I did not realize check-out time was 10:00 AM! I assumed it was 11:00 AM like all other accommodations I have stayed at. Since we had celebrated my birthday the night before, we had gone to bed late and woke up late, tired. The owner knocked on the door at 10:09 AM, which was not a pleasant experience...I would have appreciated a text message instead. I told her that I thought check-out was 11:00 AM and she was still pretty adamant that we empty the room. Still in my Pjs, I asked for 20 minutes to pack and she gave me a deadpan face, turned around and left. Later on I saw an email she had sent early in the morning, which was asking if I wanted to extend our stay because the room was not booked for the next 2 days! She could have easily told me take our time until 11:00. I recognize that the initial fault was mine but she could have shown a bit more kindness and hospitality. I would not have booked the place if I knew we had to check-out at 10:00 AM. It's insanely early!

We apologize for the discomforts you have experienced. All firsts! We appreciate when issues are communicated directly, in order to rectify. AC: A brand new unit. Needed adjusting. Streaming: A simple wifi reset. Re: Checkout time. Guests can often check in early or check out late, by request. Sometimes it's not possible. We do always want guests to be happy.

Fabulous Casita in Great Location

Cozy and quiet
We enjoyed our stay in the Rose Casita, especially all the little things, like fresh coffee, coffee creamer, sugar, Brita water, linens, tiled shower, etc. Amelia provided us with all the comforts of home. The king size bed was very comfortable. Amelia provided us with a good listing of her favorite locations and answered our questions quickly. We loved the beauty of Santa Fe, its history and culture. I definitely want to come back again in another season, specifically the fall.

Family Vacation
Had a great week with family. Cabin was a little farther away than expected but had amazing views. Size of cabin an amenities were great. Pool table, deck, hot tub and space were perfect. Only tips not complaints would be washing of windows in and out , drawers had empty liquor bottles in them and no sheets for the sofa bed. We made do with the extra blankets which was great. The huge beds were sooooo comfortable . Thanks for a great stay!!!

Very quiet and attractive casita
At the end of a quiet street about a mile from the Plaza is this sweet little casita. We stayed for 2 nights and it was quiet and comfortable. When we were cold, we turned up the thermostat, and then turned it down when we left for the day. All appliances worked and the kitchenette was new and attractive. TV worked great. Bathroom was new and attractive, and coffee and tea was available plus popcorn! Uber and Lyft were hard to get but we found a wonderful driver Olivier 505-803-6343 at the airport upon our arrival who took us everywhere. We were not used to the elevation (7200' vs 15' ) so walking was a little hard.

Had a great stay at La Casita. Perfect place for two and host provided all necessities. We found the casita very clean and easy access to Santa Fe Plaza without the crowds. It’s nestled in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul de sac so no thru traffic. Plenty of hot water and even included a cute backyard to enjoy morning coffee. Host was responsive and communicated promptly. Definitely recommend!

Perfection and Warmth
This property is beautiful and exactly as depicted online plus more comfort. The king bed was fabulous. I felt that the owner had actually stayed in it herself to understand everything that a traveler would need and want, and provided for it. She was gracious when our daughter unexpectedly rang the owner's doorbell and equally gracious when I accidentally both lost a lovely keychain and broke the glass coffee carafe - imagine that inconvenience if you were the owner and yet she took it in stride for which we remain so grateful. This is an exceptional property and property owner. You will be glad you chose the Rose Casita for your Santa Fe journey.
