“We had a lovely time at Villa Verdicchio! The hosts Lena and Roberto are very kind and gave us great service and recommendations to nice sights and restaurants in the area.
The room was cozy and very clean. The breakfast was always good and different each day of our stay, composed of homemade marmelade and cakes as well as local cheeses. We warmly recommend that you book Villa Verdicchio for a calm get away in the countryside!”
“This is a nice boutique hotel in a countryside village in the heart of the Marche region, ideally located if you have a car and plan to move around. The rooms are very clean, the beds are fairly comfy and the town goes silent at night, so you are guaranteed a good night's sleep. “This family owned property provided a welcoming and warm greeting. We had a great meal wonderful (free) breakfast. Netfix option on the TV using my own account which was great because my Italian was not very good. I needed my meds to be refrigerated snd they provided a fridge. Room had a balcony overlooking the hills.”

"Super nice hotel. I needed a place to stay while working and this was the right price. Wow, Marotta was a fantastic little seaside town and this hotel was perfectly situated right on the beach. Not a lot closeby and the public transportation did not seem convenient, Uber is not available here, but you can call a number and get a taxi in 5-10 minutes. 21-26€ to Ancona Centro, 45€ to nice beaches (portanuova and Mezzavalle). Windows could have been cleaner, but really not an issue. Well maintained facility.
Cappuccino with latte art as well as great omelett is performed by Pietro S di Napoli, omelette has thin crisp layer outside, soft inside!
Ancona is also a lot breezier and cooler than for example Roma and Milano, due to its geographical location!
