Living room with 65' TV with app like netflix, amazon, hbo... where you can include your passwords to watch what you want. Fireplace with wood to make fire and big sofa of 3mx1,60m and big mirror.

Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, wine fridge, side by side fridge, toaster, Italian coffee machines, filter, nespresso and dolce gusto capsules, juicer, toaster, crockery, glassware and all kinds of kitchen complements.

*Outside area:

Exterior toilet with washbasin and wc. Laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, clothes horse, fire extinguisher and games for the sand court such as beach tennis, volleyball, football, freesby, petanque.
