With four bedrooms and a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere, the villa works equally well for families or groups of friends looking to stay close to the coast while enjoying a quieter base away from the busier seafront areas.

Set on the edge of Can Picafort, Villa Pleta is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, bars and the beach, making it easy to enjoy the town without relying on a car. Location:

Villa Pleta is set on the edge of Can Picafort, giving guests easy access to both the coast and the surrounding countryside. The town’s long sandy beach, promenade and waterfront restaurants are all within walking distance, making it simple to spend days by the sea without needing to drive. Along the promenade, visitors will find a mix of cafés, bars and local restaurants, while the beach itself stretches for several kilometres along the Bay of Alcúdia.


Despite being close to the centre of town, the villa enjoys a quieter position overlooking open green countryside at the rear. The surrounding rural landscape is ideal for walking and cycling, with quiet roads and open scenery creating a more relaxed atmosphere away from the busier seafront areas. This setting gives guests the opportunity to enjoy both the convenience of a coastal resort and the slower pace of Mallorca’s inland landscapes.


Can Picafort is also well placed for exploring more of the island’s north coast, including nearby beaches, nature reserves and coastal towns. The S’Albufera Natural Park is a short drive away and is known for its walking routes and birdlife, while the wider Bay of Alcúdia offers plenty of opportunities for water sports, boat trips and beachside dining throughout the summer months.
