THE VILLA

Arranged over three connected levels, the approximately 300 m² villa accommodates up to eight guests in four bedrooms. Its flexible layout includes two kitchens, two sitting rooms and four bathrooms, making it particularly suitable for two families, a multigenerational holiday or a group of friends travelling together.

The main entrance is on the ground floor. This level contains a comfortable sitting room, a kitchen and a bathroom, providing a natural central space in which the group can gather.

Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with a king bed and its own ensuite bathroom.

The lower level contains two further bedrooms—one with a king bed and one with two single beds—along with a second sitting room, another bathroom and a separate kitchen.

In total, the villa provides three king beds and two single beds. Bed linen and towels are supplied. Each of the four bathrooms has a toilet, bidet and either a bath or shower, with soap and shampoo also provided.

The interiors have a warm, traditional Italian character, with decorative furnishings, tiled floors and inviting living areas. A fireplace adds to the atmosphere, while Wi-Fi and television provide practical modern comforts.

TWO KITCHENS AND PRACTICAL FACILITIES

The main kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals and includes an oven, cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, cookware and tableware.

The second kitchen offers additional flexibility and is equipped with a cooker and refrigerator. This can be particularly useful for two families sharing the property or guests following different daily routines.

The villa also provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, hair dryer and other practical facilities for longer stays.

OUTDOOR LIVING

The private swimming pool is one of the villa’s highlights, providing a beautiful place to cool down while enjoying the surrounding hills and coastal scenery.

Around the property, terraces, a large garden and outdoor seating areas offer plenty of space for morning coffee, leisurely meals or drinks in the evening. The elevated hillside setting provides far-reaching views towards the Ligurian coast, while the different outdoor areas allow guests to spend time together or find a peaceful corner of their own.

The property also has an outdoor wood-burning oven. Use of the oven costs €50 and must be arranged in advance so that the necessary wood can be ordered.

Visit Santa Margherita Ligure for its attractive waterfront, cafés, restaurants and marina, or explore Portofino’s colourful harbour, boutiques and celebrated coastal scenery. Camogli, Rapallo and the walking routes of Portofino Regional Park are also within reach.

Days can be spent discovering beaches and picturesque coastal towns, taking boat trips, walking through the surrounding landscape, visiting local markets or enjoying Ligurian food in nearby restaurants and cafés. Afterwards, return to the privacy of the villa for a swim and a relaxed evening outdoors.

GOOD TO KNOW

A car is recommended for reaching the villa and exploring the surrounding area. Roads in the Ligurian hills can be narrow and winding, so a smaller vehicle may be easier to manage.

The villa is located in San Lorenzo della Costa, near Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino; it is not situated within Portofino village itself.

The property does not have air conditioning. Fans are available, and the villa has radiators for cooler periods.

External-facing security cameras are installed for the safety and security of the property. They monitor outdoor areas only and do not overlook any private indoor space.
