This large and spacious apartment boasts a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms with a King size bed in both bedrooms, ocean views, AC and close to everything you need during your stay in Puerto Escondido. Beautiful Pool available at the hotel next door for 90p per day.

Casa Vista Al Mar is located in a prime position at the very top of La Punta de Zicatela, within walking distance of everything you need. Surrounded by nature and a sweeping view of the pacific coast line, this apartment is situated 600m away from stunning sandy beach of La Punta and less than a 10 min walk to the heart of La Punta high street, a small surfer village, where barefoot, bikinis, coconuts and surfboards are the norm. Bars, restaurants, shops, surf hire, yoga classes, public transport, and tourist information are all situated within walking distance. (Just remember your suncream!)


There are many exciting activities and experiences to get involved with, from coastal lagoons, surfing, diving, snorkeling, parachuting, horse riding, to wildlife and marine tours; exotic birds, whales, dolphins and turtles, or, if you fancy a relaxing experience, then there are plenty of places to kick back in a hammock or sun lounger with a coconut (or mezcal) in hand to do just that. There’s no wonder this is known as the ‘Pacific Paradise of Oaxaca’.

The property is secured with access gates and private entrances. Common areas in the front and back courtyard areas.

There is an abundance of coffee shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance towards La Punta high street. Check out Le Petite Cafe, Nomada or Dulce Tierra, for a great selection of coffee and pastries! Ana Mexicana and Bodeguita Stuff Store are a must visit for clothing and surf stuff!

You`ll never be waiting for more than a minute for a taxi to drive down this road, or alternatively you can take a 2-minute walk to the main road where you can easily hop on a collectivo (which drives along the highway to Puerto Escondido`s center and back, just signal to driver where you want to get off) a minibus collective (take you on further trips down the coast to places like Mazunte or Hautulco).
If you are booking for more than one week, a weekly cleaning is required by my cleaner for a fee of $1600 pesos.

If you use the AC please set to minimum 26 degrees.

Close windows and doors if AC is on.

TURN OFF AC when you leave.

Absolutely no smoking inside the apartment.


Don’t move furniture around the apartment (ruins the floors!

No loud music after 10pm.

No toilet tissue down the toilet - use bins provided.

Remember to lock both front and back doors and the front gate.

You can leave the keys in the master code lock at the front of the gate.

Leave bin bags at the top of the kitchen stairs and they will be removed.

Please don’t leave food or drink out, you’ll be surprised how quickly ants will eat your coconut.

There will be a late check out fee so please adhere to checkout time at 11am.
