“very nice place, to get to the hotel you need to take a boat shuttle that is part of the hotel service. a lot of activities, most of them for extra money. wifi only at the lobby for extre charge. the room is very nice, hot water in the privte shower. the staff are very helpful.”

“No elevators and our room was at the top (lol), stair corridor is so thin :-), i do feel sorry for the staff that carries the luggages. We booked for a week and still have to remind staff that we need to refill mineral water, coffee and other must have in our room. Everything cost, example if you order food outside the hotel you have to pay for a fee because they want you to order in the hotel restaurant. But they dont have the things i want. Looks of the hotel really is decieving.”
