Located in the luxurious, recently opened VITA-945 building in El Rodadero, Santa Marta, just steps from the idyllic El Rodadero beach and from the area’s main tourist spots, restaurants, supermarkets and shopping centers. Steps from the dock where you can take all the tours and boats. You’ll find a co-working space and a rooftop with a restaurant and bar to relax and unwind after a day at the beach.
The space
With your booking you have access to the luxury amenities of the Vita 945 building: parking, elevator, double-height lobby, concierge, free luggage storage, a rooftop with incredible views, and a restaurant serving local cuisine on the 14th floor that offers breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks all day, as well as cocktails and other drinks.

Room service is included and free of charge! You can order directly from the apartment suite to the restaurant and your order will be delivered to your door! This service is available from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm every day!

Private parking is available to you at no cost, included with your booking!

Remember that El Rodadero beach is just steps from the building, you can walk there in less than 3 minutes!

The apartment suite is equipped with two full bathrooms, a laundry area, a study with a desk, American-style bar stools, a fully equipped kitchen with premium cookware, a microwave oven, a large-capacity luxury refrigerator, an intercom, a coffee maker, a Nespresso machine for cappuccino and latte, a blender, two high-powered, high-tech air conditioners, large flat-screen TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, cable TV with more than 150 channels available, a hair dryer, a clothes iron, among other amenities and décor that will surprise you.

From El Rodadero bay (less than a 5-minute walk away) you can take all the tours and boats to the area’s top tourist spots: Tayrona Park, Playa Blanca, Minca, Buritaca, Palomino, etc.

We recommend a morning walk along the shoreline to the bay, where you can see local fishermen, herons, and the spectacular sunrise you get when staying in a building close to the beach!

The building is strategically located. Just steps away you’ll find the Arrecifes shopping center, Carulla, Olímpica, Farmatodo, Éxito, and all the restaurants and bars in the area, a two-to-three-minute walk!

In the main bedroom you’ll find a comfortable double bed with a high-end mattress and linens, with the option of adding a single bed (upon request).

In the second bedroom you’ll find another double bed with the option of an extra single bed.

In accordance with local regulations, each guest must pay a tourist wristband fee of $18,000 COP per person. Children under 5 do not pay. It is a one-time payment for the entire stay and is made at the building’s reception upon arrival (check-in).

Note: The apartment does not have a swimming pool.
