“The team here is fantastic! Everyone we interacted with was friendly and genuinely helpful. It made such a difference after a long day exploring Mexico City.”

“Rent och fint rum! Vi bytte rum och fick ett mot innergården istället! Då blev det tyst ! Inga bilar hördes! Väldigt gullig personal som gav oss presenter och hjälpte oss med bokningar! Väldigt bra frukost ! ”

“Wonderful place right on Zocalo square with lovely rooftop restaurant, living up to advertised expectations. Friendly and very helpful staff. Also quiet to my surprise, even with window facing daytime busy street. We could sleep with window open :-) Free water and cafe for hotel guests adds to the benefits. Overall a great experience.”

“Nothing to complain about. All very good. Very nice room and good buffet breakfast. Super helpful personnel. Centre a 10-minute walk away.”

“it was a great stay. The property was just was shown on the photos. However, please keep in mind that you are in the historical center and you may find protest and closed streets but felt safe and navigated the uber challenges successfully.”

“Muy buen servicio”

“I had a wonderful stay at Gran Hotel in Mexico City! The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Everyone was attentive and made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. The excellent cleanliness and warm hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!”

“Beautiful building and interior, nice food (breakfast) and drinks, very comfortable beds, clean and spacious rooms (1 and 2). When it comes to service at the hotel, we felt that the will is there, but there is a lack in the execution. ”

“Excelente servicio del personal, solo creo qué deberían tener más cuidado con la limpieza de las camas y almohadas había cabellos”

“Lovely boutique hotel with only 5 rooms. I highly recommend it if one wants a quiet refuge close to the sights in the Centro district.”

“Es una lástima que la alberca no esté climatizada porque todo lo demás es excelente, en el baño puedes necesitar donde poner o colgar cosas pero es manejable”

“Rummet var väldigt kallt och mindre än på bild”

“Overall, the stay itself was good, and I'd come back but the service left something to be desired. I checked in late at night, so I understood that check-in was kept to the basics. That part was fine. What stood out more was the general feeling from the staff throughout my visit: it often felt like they didn't really want to be there, and not one of them ever introduced themselves by name, so I can't single anyone out good or bad. I went up to the rooftop bar a couple of times at night, and...
