We had an amazing stay at Sam's Place East! The location couldn't be better—just a short walk to the beach, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and everything Grayton Beach has to offer. We loved relaxing on the porch. The condo was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was the perfect mix of a quiet beach getaway while still being close to great food and entertainment. The property management team was also friendly and responsive throughout our stay. We'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Grayton Beach!

What a location! If you are looking for a genuine, chill Grayton Beach week, this is the spot. Works perfect for a laid back family of four who wants a view, close to the sand, and steps from the Red Bar. If you are the Ritz Carlton type, you might want to try Alys or Rosemary but if you want to live like a local for a week, I haven't stayed in a better place.

Awesome stay with the kids

This unit checked all the boxes for us, spacious accommodations, short walk to the beach, close to shops and restaurants, great view of the Gulf. All right in the heart of Grayton Beach!

Thanksgiving Tradition

Our growing family needed extra quarters this year for our annual getaway, and this property was perfect for four of our young adults. The location across from Chiringo's was super fun and the view of the ocean was breathtaking.

Great property with active and responsive property management. Parking is incredible and you are walking on the public access to the beach, right out of your front door! Cool dining/shopping right there and quick access by car to other 30A locations. My family and I are already planning our next stay at this same location!

Weekend getaway

We had a great time staying at Sam’s place. The location is perfect! Convenient to the restaurants close by and you can walk right out to the beach. The rugs could be updated but other than that it was very comfortable. We are looking forward to booking again hopefully sooner than later. Thanks for a great stay!

Awesome beach week

Great place and awesome location. Bring beach towels and a cooler. The boardwalk past the red bar is an easier way to the beach especially for those tired swimming legs! Needs a new toaster and could use some hooks to help families keep organized but great place!

We had a wonderful time. Location was primo! Great communication for any needs that arose. Carpet could use some tending to but flipflops took care of that. Booked another week next month!

Great walkable location

Great location. Attentive host. We enjoyed our stay in the center of Grayton Beach with a view of the gulf. Beach is terrific and there is so much within an easy walk. Others have commented about upgrades to the unit that would be desirable. I do agree with them.

Weekend Trip

It smelled musky and the table leg was duck taped leaning. Carpet needs cleaned and replaced. It needs attention. Location was great. We didn’t stay. We were there less than 30 minutes. When by the next day and someone had blocked with their truck and boat.

Perfect beach trip

I recently stayed here for a week with my family and our stay couldn't have been better. the location is absolutely perfect. A very short walk to the beach as well as Chiringos and Red Bar made this the ideal spot. the place was well furnished, clean, and had everything we needed. the management staff was super responsive via text and really saught to make sure we had a good stay. It must be said that the walls to the neighbor duplex are a little thin and you can hear people walking next door. this wasn't a problem for us and we had very kind and gracious neighbors while we were there. Similarly, you'll get some noise from the bars at night, especially if there is music playing. For us, this wasn't a problem, but for someone who doesn't like loud music or is a light sleeper it could be. All in all, a great stay and we hope to come back!
