  • '30A Beach House' är ett NYTT (2015) 4 sovrum, 2 Master Suites, 3 ½ badstrandshus beläget i det vackra exklusiva stadsdelen Lakeside vid Blue Mountain Beach.

    '30A Beach House' är ett specialbyggt hem beläget precis vid den natursköna motorvägen 30A och bara en kort (lätt promenad) till tillgång till stranden vid Blue Mountain Beach som inkluderar parkering för cyklar och bilar. Från huset kan du enkelt gå, cykla eller köra till stranden (flera cyklar ingår i din hyra). Tillträde till Blue Mountain Beach har även toalettfaciliteter för din bekvämlighet på stranden. '30A Beach House' ligger nära Seaside, WaterColor och Grayton Beach.

    En gångväg förbinder denna underavdelning till butikerna i Redfish Village inklusive restauranger, apotek och andra butiker. Lakeside at Blue Mountain är ett mycket lugnt område med mycket avskildhet för din familj och gäster. Poolen ligger precis runt hörnet från huset.

    '30A Beach House' har 2 master sviter (en på övervåningen och en nedervåningen) med king size-sängar, 48 'platt-TV och privata bad med glas och travertin duschar. En utdragbar soffa i queen-size är tillgänglig i vardagsrummet som har en 55-tums platt-TV. Huset är perfekt för två familjer att dela och kan enkelt sova 10-12 personer. Dish Network hela husets DVR-tjänst ingår. WiFi är också tillgängligt för din bekvämlighet.

    Det öppna vardagsrummet och det exklusiva gourmetköket med bänkskivor i granit har en matbar och separat matbord och är perfekt för sammankomster och familjsmåltider. En Weber Genesis gasgrill som ligger precis utanför bakdörren.

    '30A Beach House' har en öppen planlösning med lyxiga trägolv och bekväma soffor och vardagsrum. Ät och koppla av på en av tre utomhus-verandor. En av de bästa funktionerna i '30A Beach House' är den stora veranda i Lanai som har en 55-tums platt-TV och kan användas som ett andra vardagsrum och ett samlingsområde. I närheten av poolområdet finns en utomhusdusch, bord, paraply och stolar.

    '30A Beach House' är ett underbart fritidshus och bara 5 minuters promenad till stranden. Detta helt nya hem har alla bekvämligheter du kan föreställa dig. Amazing property and stay. Owner was very quick with communication, we asked questions about renting chairs and a left item and they were fast to reply each time. Area was great and house had so many chairs, etc we could use. Overall, I would happily stay here again.

Absolutely perfect!

We love Blue Mountain Beach and this place was perfect. We’ve stayed at several houses and this was perfect for two families with kids. The house location is great. House was clean and had everything we needed. Excellent host communication and the property was better than expected!

Beach Vacation

We were able to check in 30 minutes early. The home had everything we needed to start our vacation. We had chairs for the beach and if we needed there was other items we would need. There were plenty of restaurants in the vicinity some were even walking distance. Great area to getbour daily walk in.

Beautiful home with nice touches!

Great communication with owner. We found everything to be as described plus nice touches like a well stocked beach closet and plastic dishes and cutlery for children. Will definitely consider staying at this property again!

Well Appointed Stay Near the Beach

Our extended family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 30aBeachHouse. The property is very comfortable and has many thoughtful touches for travelers (labeled light switches, included pack n play and high chair, USB outlets chargers in every bedroom). The beach is a very short, straightforward walk from the home. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent - would stay again!

We absolutely loved our time/stay in the Blue Mountain Beach area! The home was equipped with all the necessities and it had space indoors and outdoors that was much appreciated when we had rain that kept us indoors. The porches were beautiful and perfect for our families - we enjoyed the extra space to spread out and enjoy our time together. We hope to stay again in the future!

My out of town siblings and I stayed here and had a wonderful time. We really enjoyed the upstairs porch. Everything was comfortable and well suited for the 5 of us. There was room for a few more but it was great having the extra space. Beds were comfortable and the home was well equipped. We will definitely stay here again if needed.

Property was everything we hoped it would be. The house was clean, efficiently designed for our family, and very well furnished. Wonderful House!

This house was very clean and well furnished. The kitchen had a great selection of pots, pans, and dishes. My favorite part of the house was the screened porch on the second floor. I will definitely try to rent this property again!

Fall break with family

Overall we had a very enjoyable stay. I will say it is a bit more of a walk to the beach access than reviews led us to believe. Bikes were very handy and if we’d been there in the summer, I think I would rent a golf cart. My only suggestion for the property would be a few new pillows and a few more blankets.

Winter Getaway

Great neighborhood. Very easy walk to the beach and close to restaurants. The trail through the State Park behind the neighborhood is great for walking and biking. We loved the outdoor deck above the carport. House was well stocked and, although we had no issues, Christine made sure we knew that she was available if needed.

This house was very clean & equipped with everything you need. Loved having access to the beach items and baby stuff that we needed for my granddaughter. Homeowner was great to communicate with as well. Definitely would love to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful home, excellent get away with family, we all had a great visit, screened in pourch was wonderful. Happy with this booking. Christine has this house set up so nicely. We were a bigger group so we maybe went through wash cloths faster so we had to do laundry daily, but that's hardly a complaint. Extra beach stuff & wagon was so helpful.

Great stay!

Home was very nice and spacious. Clean and in good condition. Kitchen was well stocked. Home is close to the Beach, but still in an upscale, quiet neighborhood with pool. Great for walking and biking. Short drive to more active areas like Seaside or Rosemary Beach. Don't miss RedFish Taco and Blue Mountain Creamery while visiting. Would stay again.

Great Time at 40A Beach House!!

The house was perfect for our family vacation. The house was everything Christine had mentioned in her listing. The house had all the amenities we needed plus the bikes and beach gear that was at the house for our use was great. It was just a short walk to the beach and restaurants nearby.8 Blue Mountain Beach area was a lovely beach community. We would definitely come back to this area again and stay at the 30A Beach House. Perfect, safe, clean community

We loved our stay! It was the perfect house, neighborhood and area to stay at. Away from the business of the cities, we could walk to the beach and relax. We used the pool for the kids almost every day and my favorite part was how warm they kept the pool. It was never cold like many pools are. Loved all the porches and big bathroom spaces. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen is perfectly set up. The front porch is so big and perfect for morning coffee and starting your day. We loved this home and hope to stay here again.

Turkey day

Very lovely home, about 6 minute walk to nice beach. Always love the sunsets! Good public beach access - though parking if you drive is at a minimum. A few restaurants within walking distance, a plaza with little shops. Also loved driving to Seaside area to enjoy some festivities and the food trucks. Went into Destin area one day for some shopping. Location in a nice quiet subdivision. Bikes and wagon for littles ones for the beach. Overall great week. Thank you!
