Enjoy luxury lakeside living in this custom 4 bed, 3.5 bath home. Outfitted with a primary king suite on the first floor and an additional king suite on the second floor (both with lake views!), this home is perfect for extended family trips. Expertly decorated with high end furniture and decor, you will enjoy the serene 30A vacation of your dreams! A large chef’s kitchen and dining table large enough for 12 is the perfect option for meals at home, while the location makes dining out a breeze.

Start every morning with coffee on the screened-in porch overlooking the lake. Head to the beach access half a mile away to enjoy the white sand and azure waters. Take a quick trip into Watercolor, Seaside, or Rosemary for great shopping. Come home in time for happy hour on the fenced in patio, then head back out to one of many restaurants within a mile of home.

The home is nestled in the quaint Forest Lakes community in the Blue Mountain Beach area of 30A. Forest Lakes is a picturesque, quiet, family-friendly neighborhood filled with oak trees, brick streets, two pools, a playground, a large community park, and stocked lake for catch & release fishing.

This home can sleep 8 in beds, 10+ when utilizing the comfortable sofa bed in the upstairs loft.

Notes

Please mind that this is our family’s home. We love sharing it with our guests while we are away, but we expect you to treat our space with respect. If there is any decor or furnishings you admire, please let us know and we can direct you to where we found them. We may be open to selling them to you directly!

There is an exterior camera on the front porch, facing the walkway, porch, and driveway. There is an alarm system installed in the home but will be disabled during your stay. No cameras are inside.

Like most of 30A, there is construction going on in our neighborhood. The HOA sets strict rules for contractors and their hours are limited, but you may hear construction noises during your stay.

30A has so much to offer from end to end! If you are looking for recommendations please do not hesitate to reach out.

Golf Cart can only be operated by licensed drivers. Please follow all local traffic laws.

Family Beach Vacation

Everything about this place is perfect. The setting, the people, the neighborhood, the house and the location. The host’s definitely deserve a big ole high five, way to go you two! You definitely knocked it out of the park on this one.

What a delight this beautiful house was! All the perks from beach towels, umbrellas, and chairs to bicycles were provided and much appreciated. Rented a golf cart because beaches were not close. The house was comfortable as well as beautifully decorated. All the amenities were provided! Enjoyed the screened in porch. Owner and site manager were always accessible and helpful. We enjoyed the quietness and peacefulness! What a treasure!

Great vacation

This was our family’s first time visiting the 30A area. The property was in a great location and 5 minutes away from the beach. The house overlooked the lake and was nestled in a very quiet , serene area. It was stocked with everything we needed from kitchenware, to towels, beach chairs, and bikes. All of the rooms were well maintained and the decor was beautiful. Also our property managers Eileen and Shawn were phenomenal and checked in with us from day one! Thanks again, and we definitely will be back!
