This stunning home offers luxurious accommodations for up to 15 guests in 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Beautifully designed with premium appliances, and contemporary beachy decor, this home is designed to provide a luxurious vacation experience with all the amenities that your family would expect from a world-class vacation!
With it's Dual Front & Back Porches (one screened), this home is the perfect place to hagn out with the family and soak in the Florida Sun! It's also only about a 5-minute walk to the awesome (2) NatureWalk Community Pools!
Modern coastal finishes throughout the entirety of the home, the white beam ceiling, plantation shutters and the gorgeous grey wood floors make this home stand out! The fully-appointed kitchen is perfect for the even the most decorated home-chef. After all, just because you're on vacation, doesn't mean that you can't have sit-down family meals! Cook for the whole family, while enjoying the distinctive Carrera marble countertops, glass upper cabinets to the ceiling, and all stainless-steel GE Monogram and Caf appliances.
The Master on the first floor is convenient for anyone in the family who might have trouble with stairs. There's no skimping in here though, this Master Suite comes complete with a King bed, a stunning bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in shower AND soaking tub! Another King Master Suite awaits upstairs, with another walk-in shower and double vanity in this ensuite.
In the Guest Room (also on the second floor) you'll find a Queen bed, along with another private bath (complete with another walk-in shower)! Don't forget the second floor Bunk Room, with it's Twin-over-Twin bunk beds, it's the perfect place for the kid's to hang out!
There's also a pullout Queen Sleeper Sofa in the first floor Living Room, and a Twin Sleeper Sofa in the Den (also on the first floor), in case your party needs an extra bed!

Golf Cart: The Golf Cart is provided to the Guest by a 3rd Party Vendor, BeachWalk Vacation Gear, LLC ("BVG, LLC"). The rental policy signed is between the Guest and BVG, LLC. Golf Cart is not owned or provided to the Guest by the Homeowner or BeachWalk Vacation Properties, LLC. Golf Cart: A golf cart is included with the rental of this home.
You MUST be 21 years or older WITH a valid Driver’s License to operate the cart!
