"Our Folly" 30A Beach House är vackert beläget på de lugna trädbevuxna gatorna i gamla Seagrove och bara ett kvarter från Seaside och stranden (3 min promenad). Din familj kommer att njuta av detta hem och läge år efter år med sin rymliga layout med 2 separata täcken (ett på varje våning) 4 sovrum och 2 badrum som sover 8 vuxna med ett paket och lek, bärbar barnstol och jr-säng tillgängliga för barnen. Nyligen ombyggt kök har alla nya apparater och är välfyllda. Njut av uteserveringen med familjen på linda runt balkonger och uteplats. Efter din sandiga dag på stranden kan du skölja bort vid utomhusduschen innan. För middag har du 20+ restauranger med en 5 minuters bilresa från den här platsen och en Publix livsmedelsbutik en mil bort. Du har parkering för 3 bilar i uppfarten med cykel, golfbil och stoluthyrning i området. Destin utloppsgallerior ligger 18 mil bort och Panama City's Pier Park ligger på samma avstånd till öster. This property is in a perfect location, lots of beds for large family, and host was very responsive. We will be back! The ONLY suggestion I can make is to add some comforters at foot of beds or in closets. The beds all have traditional bedspreads, and we wanted more layers at night.

Very clean and so close to everything . We rented bikes and didn’t need them . The beach was so close. Home is very well stocked. We will come back again and stay here next time.

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay! Our family of 6 had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy our evenings at home, and the location made beach time so simple. This house is not the most updated compared to some of the others we’ve stayed at (been visiting the area for 13 years), but it’s comfortable. We had an issue with one of the beds, but the property manager was quick to address and resolve the best he could. It’s a sweet little place with a lot to offer to anyone looking for the basics. Plan to bring your own shower products, beach towels, laundry detergent, extra TP, and paper towels. Also, the grill is an electric George Foreman.

Location was a 10 out of 10, a block from the public beach and just perfectThe property was quite worn and tired. No shower products, limited toilet paper and laundry detergent. Chairs and Beach Towels were in quite poor condition

Perfect SB Stay

We absolutely loved this house and location. Tucked away but so close to the beach and the square. The upstairs den was a great place for the kids to hang separate from adults, and the outdoor shower was perfect for the end of a beach day.

Childhood friends reunion

Great house and location

The house and location were perfect. Everything was clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. The teens enjoyed having their own space to hang out upstairs. The neighborhood is lovely and a great place to walk around.

Seaside Half Marathon / Valentines Weekend

Had a great stay in Seagrove at Beachthyme property for the Seaside half marathon in February. The home was well equipped and as pictured in post. We had plenty of room and the location is very convienent to Seaside and beach. Will definitely consider for future 30A stays.

Girlfriends birthday trip

Awesome house ! Close to the beach. It included extra chairs and beach towels to use ! Loved the outdoor shower! Great location! Age Over 50 don’t plan on using the top bunk however the couch was a great alternative. Best water in the USA!

Perfect location! Great house!

The home was perfectly laid out to have all of our spring breakers upstairs where they had their own den, bathroom and bedrooms with plenty of beds, while mom and dad slept in the master downstairs.And the location of the house is perfect - one block away from the beach, and 3 blocks away from town square.Check in and check out was easy (no crazy list of demands) and the host/manager communicated promptly.Rain and curfew put a slight damper on things, but that's not the hosts fault.Thanks for a great stay!

Walking everywhere

The location and commodities in the property were awesome. My kids have their own space in the second floor. Super close to the square and to the beach. My little one felt in home since we arrive. We went shopping, eating and biking all day without worry about parking at the square. Definitely one of the best places to go back soon.

We really loved the location. The teenagers loved having upstairs area to them selves. The kitchen table was sticky and master bed needs replaced/ it was kile sleeping in a taco shell. We all liked being so close to the beach access and Seaside. replaced. repla edreplaced

House was as described. Approximately 5 minute walk to the beach. Maybe 7 to 10 minutes walk to shops and restaurants on 30A at Seaside. Like that the owner didn’t require a checklist before leaving. Everything worked well at the home. Plenty of kitchen utensils, pots, pans, etc if you want to make some meals at home. Worked well for our family.

Thanksgiving 2024

We had the most amazing time this Thanksgiving. This house was perfect for our family and the location was amazing. I would love to make this our annual accommodations. The only suggestions I have would be the master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced, add a Keurig to the appliances offered, the furniture in the downstairs living room wasn’t very comfortable to watch tv with the family. The chairs were stiff and the couch is small. Would have loved instructions on how to use the cable in the book. Other than that I love this property.

This place is in the perfect location for a 30A trip! It’s about a 15 minute walk (with little kids) to the shops and restaurants in Seaside and less than a 5 minute walk to multiple beach access points. It scored bonus points for being able to access Seaside from the residential side without having to walk on 30A itself. The property is located on a very quiet street and well removed from traffic and noise. The layout of the house itself might be a little weird if there is multiple families with children, since 3 bedrooms are upstairs and one is downstairs, but that is by no means a dealbreaker. We appreciated the multiple beds in the same rooms for the toddlers. Compared to other giant houses in the area, I wouldn’t call it “luxury”, but it has everything you need to cook, sleep, do laundry, and relax in between outings. The only two minor negatives we noticed is there was some dirty dishes, which falls more on the last visitor than anything, and there was only 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels in the house. Understandably it’s not a hotel, but we were surprised there wasn’t a couple extras of each. Check in was smooth and simple and there are multiple parking spots in front of the house. All in all this property is a great bang for your buck at its price point. Its location is hard to beat. We would definitely stay here again!

Family & Friends Vaca

The location of the home was perfect!The layout was as well. We were able to have the smaller children stay downstairs so the teenagers could sleep in. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and 9 minute to the square at Seaside. Truly don’t need bikes but of course, they are fun to have! We were able to check in early since the house was clean and ready and also able to stay about an hour later. The kitchen has everything you need and more. I would recommend bringing a few extra bath towels just so you don’t have to wash them as often, but that’s the ONLY thing I’d add. The host was amazing. Very responsive. Our kids and all of the adults LOVED this home! Would stay there again 100%!

Nice home. Close to beach and Seaside

Front doors need covering. They are double doors and glass. People in the street can see right into the main living space and on into the downstairs bedroom. Not good. Plenty of bedrooms. Each bedroom capable of at least 3 people sleeping. Bathrooms are nice. Open concept from kitchen through dining area and sitting area.
