The first-floor condo is less than a four-minute walk from the silvery Gulf shores, placing guests in the middle of paradise. With two bedrooms, two baths, and cozy living accommodations, this condo rental sleeps up to eight guests.

The living room is warm and welcoming, with a casual seating area and coastal décor. A dove-gray couch, which doubles as a queen sleeper sofa, and matching loveseat center around a patterned rug and leather-topped ottoman. The seating arrangement faces a flatscreen TV mounted above a wooden bookshelf. White tile floors seamlessly flow from the living room into an open kitchen. The kitchen features spacious cabinets, granite countertops, and a bar with stool seating. It’s the perfect spot to cook, serve, and eat a delicious beach meal or appetizer. You can also mix up a refreshing tropical drink and take it to the covered patio, where you can relax in the beautiful Florida weather.

The coastal ambiance extends into the sleeping quarters. In the master suite, there is a tropical queen-size four-poster bed, wall-mounted TV, handsome dresser, and sunny window. The master bedroom also has an en-suite bath with a tub/shower combo. The ample guest bedroom has two queen-size beds and a private bath.

In addition to comfortable vacation lodging at Beachside Villas, guests also have access to condo amenities. These include tennis and pickleball courts, a grilling area, and nearby access to the seasonally heated community swimming pool. The beach is also only a short stroll away. If you like to explore the outdoors, be sure to check out Eastern Lake and Deer Lake. These are two of 30A’s rare coastal dune lakes that provide extensive opportunities for recreational fun like fishing and paddleboarding. After a day outdoors and on the beach, check out all that Seagrove Beach and the surrounding 30A beach towns have to offer. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, art galleries, live music events, festivals, and so much more for you and your fellow vacationers to enjoy!
