Relax in the King Primary Bedroom with a large bath featuring a tub and separate shower. The second guest room has a king bed and a walk-in shower. Guest bedrooms 3 and 4 feature queen beds and share the hall bath. A spacious area on the second-floor landing features 2 Twin Beds.

Parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway. No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls permitted.

No Street Parking

Guests do not have access to the garage

• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay

• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement

• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID

CANCELATION POLICY:

Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
