Sea-Reina Retreat is a beautiful modern coastal vacation home in Dune Allen Beach, just 0.2 miles from the sugar-white sand and emerald water of 30A. With room for up to 12 guests, a private swim spa, spacious main house, attached guest house, private fenced backyard, outdoor decks, and a peaceful courtyard, this retreat was designed for families and groups who want comfort, privacy, and unforgettable beach memories.



This is more than a beach house. It is a private 30A coastal retreat with space to gather, room to spread out, and a location that makes beach days simple.





Private Swim Spa and Backyard Retreat



Step into your private backyard and enjoy one of Sea-Reina’s best features: the swim spa. Whether you are cooling off after the beach, relaxing in the evening, or letting the family enjoy an easy backyard hangout, this space gives your stay that extra layer of comfort and fun.



The swim spa has heat capabilities available for an additional fee, making it a great option during cooler months or relaxing evenings under the coastal sky. If you want it heated, be sure to request the additional $150 fee with our Team.



The backyard is surrounded by an 8-foot privacy fence, giving your group a peaceful and private place to unwind. The large back deck offers plenty of room for lounging, gathering, dining, and enjoying the slower rhythm of 30A.





Walk to Dune Allen Beach



Sea-Reina Retreat is just 0.2 miles from Dune Allen Beach and Dune Allen Regional Beach Access, making beach days easy and convenient. Walk down to the Gulf, spend the day in the sand, then come back home for swim spa time, dinner on the deck, or a quiet evening with your group.

Modern Coastal Main House



The main house is the heart of Sea-Reina Retreat. Inside, you will find a bright, modern coastal design with an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen layout that makes gathering easy.



The living room features a large sectional and a 75-inch TV, perfect for movie nights, game days, or relaxing together after a full beach day.



The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to big family dinners. With a double oven, microwave, large-capacity refrigerator, and everything you need to prepare meals at home, this kitchen makes it easy to feed the whole crew.



The dining area seats 8, with additional outdoor dining and lounge spaces available when your group wants to spread out.

With three king sleeping spaces, a bunk room, and separate guest house privacy, Sea-Reina works beautifully for multiple families, grandparents, couples traveling together, kids, teens, and extended family beach trips.





Attached Guest House for Extra Privacy



The main house is the hero, and the guest house is the cherry on top.



Attached to the back of the main house, the guest house gives part of your group a little more privacy while still keeping everyone close to the fun. Downstairs, guests can enjoy a comfortable living area with a couch, lounge space, 65-inch TV, and kitchenette.



The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, sink, coffee maker, and toaster for preparing small meals, snacks, and morning coffee.



Upstairs, the guest house includes a private king bedroom and full bathroom. This is a wonderful setup for grandparents, another couple, adult children, or anyone who wants to be part of the trip while still having their own peaceful space.



Please note that the guest house bedroom and bathroom are accessed by exterior stairs. The stairs are lighted for nighttime visibility.

The full-length front porch gives you another beautiful place to slow down, sip coffee, and enjoy the quiet charm of Dune Allen Beach.

Approved pets are welcome at Sea-Reina Retreat for an additional pet fee. The private fenced backyard gives your four-legged family members space to relax while you enjoy your stay.



All pets must be approved before arrival, and the pet fee is $175 per pet.
