Crosswinds Beach House - nu bokning 2020!

Om du letar efter en egenbyggd privat bostad för familjes semester ser du inte längre! Crosswinds Beach House är ett vackert hem som ligger i samhället Lakeside på Blue Mountain Beach. Intill Redfish Village utanför natursköna motorvägen 30A, är denna fastighet en kort, 5 minuters promenad eller snabb cykeltur (cyklar ingår i din hyra) till det klara vattnet och orörda vita sandstränder i Floridas Emerald Coast. Blue Mountain Beach-tillgången har parkerings- och toalettfaciliteter för din bekvämlighet. Crosswinds ligger nära samhällen Seaside, WaterColor och Grayton Beach.

En anlagd gångväg förbinder denna privata gemenskap till butikerna på Redfish Village som inkluderar restauranger, boutiquer och kaféer. Lakeside på Blue Mountain är ett mycket lugnt och vänligt område med mycket privatliv för din familj och gäster. Har du inte lyst till att gå till stranden? Tillbringa tid på grannskapspoolen (uppvärmd), som har en utomhusdusch, bord, paraplyer och stolar.

Den öppna planlösningen innehåller ett stort kök och bottenvåning bostadsyta som möjliggör det perfekta tillfället för familjen kul! Ett gourmetkök med körsbärsskåp och bänkskivor i granit har en matsal och ett separat matbord för att rymma stora familjer. En utdragbar soffa med queen size-storlek finns i vardagsrummet som har en stor 55 tums plattskärms-TV. För grillmästaren i familjen finns en gasgrill precis utanför köket.

De sovande områdena på Crosswinds Beach House lämnar inget att önska. Den andra våningen har ett sovrum med en king size-säng, 40 tums plattskärms-TV, privat balkong och ett privat badrum med ett glas och travertin Caesar dusch. Ytterligare två sovrum har queen size-sängar med 39 tums plattskärms-TV. En våningssäng rum har två enkelsängar och en 32 tums platt-TV. En skärmad i Lanai på översta nivån är den perfekta platsen att njuta av en sen eftermiddagsslapp, eller en plats att umgås med familjen. Om du är en solyrkare kan du koppla av på övre däck och aldrig behöva lämna hemmet. Vi har sparat ingen kostnad på att göra Crosswinds Beach House din strand hemma hemifrån! Lyxiga trägolv och bekväma möbler gör att du känner dig lugn och avslappnad på en av våra fyra utomhusportar.

Golfkusten är vår familj favorit semestermål. Därför har vi utformat Crosswinds Beach House med vår egen familj i åtanke. Denna anpassade hem har alla möjligheter tänkbara! Tveka inte heller att våga ut och njuta av de utmärkta restaurangerna, shopping och underhållning 30A har att erbjuda !!

We love the house. We have a great time with the family and the neighborhood was perfect. We have being going to this neighborhood for 4 years now and never disappointed us. The House was perfect and the decoration was wonderful. We hope to see you next year again. Kitchen, furniture are great and very good condition. Check in excellent.

Happy Repeat Guest

We have returned to vacation at Crosswinds so many times, we have lost track of the number of years. We will return next year because it is the absolute best home away from home for our 30-A vacation. Neil and Elizabeth are amazing hosts. They have devoted considerable attention to the finest details to ensure Crosswinds is the best ever, and we have truly enjoyed the nice upgrades each year. The house is always impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, fully stocked (kitchen, towels and beach supplies), and perfect for one or multiple families. The location is perfect for a restful vacation minutes from the beach, Seaside, Grayton Beach, great restaurants and Blue Mountain Creamery. We look forward to our 2025 Crosswinda vacation.

Wonderful Time on Blue Mountain Beach

Our multi-generational family had a great time staying at Neil and Elizabeth's beach house. The house was well-stocked and comfortable. We especially loved the books and games available for lazy afternoons after a beach morning. Blue Mountain Beach is the perfect 30a beach-close to amenities but without all the hustle and bustle of some of the more crowded towns. Would love to stay again!

Will Book Crosswinds again!

Crosswinds is our favorite 30-A vacation destination, and Neil and Elizabeth are the best ever hosts. Very attentive and responsive. The welcome gift, which includes a bottle of wine, beach bucket, sunblock, Goldfish snacks, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, baseball cap, coffee, and beach tote is a nice touch. The house has four sizable bedrooms with 3 full baths. The kitchen is fully stocked with ample seating, but if you prefer eating out, Red Fish Taco is next door to the subdivision. Bicycles, beach umbrellas and chairs are provided. Beach access is a short walk and even shorter bike ride. The location is near a Publix grocery store, ice cream shop, organic market, bakery, and breakfast spots. If you are looking for a worry-free and relaxing vacation, Crosswinds will exceed your expectations.

Amazing!

The house is amazing for so many reasons. It is in a great location, spacious, nicely furnished, and clean. It has a well-stocked kitchen, 5 bicycles, beach gear and 4 outdoor relaxation spots with a cozy front porch, screened in upstairs deck, front deck adjacent to the main bedroom, and patio table and grill in the back. The outdoor shower and covered parking are added bonuses. The house is a short walk to the beach and a nice pool is in the neighborhood. Neil and Elizabeth are outstanding and communicative. Crosswinds has been our beach destination for several years, and we have already booked our vacation for next year.

Phenomenal

This was a great house close to the beach and usually plenty of parking for the beach if you don’t want to walk. The house was phenomenal every thing we needed and more. It was close to pretty much everything stores food and shopping. Would definitely love to stay here again

This pristine house has everything that makes it an amazing beach vacation destination. Great location, close proximity to the beach and pool, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, multiple bikes (various sizes), selection of games, fully stocked bookshelf, plenty of high quality towels and linens, propane gas grill, outdoor gathering spaces (family room, two seconds floor decks, front porch, backyard patio for outdoor dining), and outdoor beach shower. We have returned multiple times and this lovely house remains our “go to” beach destination. The owners are very responsive and they left a generous welcome gift, which we appreciated receiving.

Labor Day Stay

We had a wonderful stay at Crosswinds. The house was clean and in great condition with fun decorations (be sure to look above all of the doorframes). The owners were fast and responsive when answering our questions. While the beach is a short walk away we really appreciated the access to beach equipment and bikes to help us have an enjoyable time. We will definitely look at Crosswinds again for future stays in this area.

Thanksgiving 2019

House is beautiful it was very clean and well appointed We were able to have a dinner party for 14 people and had everything we needed. I especially liked the personal touches like.a gift basket with very useful items. They beds and linens were very good. I have been renting a different house or condo every Thanksgiving for 18 years and this is one I would rent again Thank you.

Beautiful!

Crosswinds is a beautiful and comfortable home for a family vacation. The location is a convenient short walk or bike ride to the beach, Blue Mountain Ice Cream, and community pool. Although it has a fully equipped kitchen, it is located near lots of great restaurants. We will return!

Perfect location close to beach and shops with community pool. The homeowners are super quick to respond to any questions you might have and give great recommendations for beach access points and their favorite places to eat.
