Even Keel- 3 bed/2.5 bath condo with Gulf Views

Brand new renovation! Even Keel is brand new inside following a 2024 renovation. Check out the photos to see all the great upgrades!
Situated in a boutique residential condominium property, Even Keel is the ideal spot for a coastal getaway. The view of the Gulf of Mexico from the main living room is the staple of this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom villa. Positioned between the Gulf Place Town Center, Shunk Gulley, and Ed Walline Park (beach access), this property is the perfect location for your next family trip or weekend away with friends.
This condo is a 2-story unit. You can enter from either floor. The main entry brings you to the floor that contains the spacious living room, kitchen and bonus room with a queen day bed. The living room is the perfect spot to open the large, sliding door walls to see the beautiful gulf view. The living room has a large L shaped couch and a large Smart TV. There is a closet with some books and board games for the kids. Adjacent to the living room is the dining table, balcony that overlooks the pool and the kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal for the family after a long day at the beach. There is a Mr. Coffee style coffee maker, oven, stove top, dishwasher, refrigerator and pots & pans for your use.
Next to the kitchen is the room with the queen size day bed. This room has a balcony that over looks the pool. The washer and dryer are on the main floor, along with a 1/2 bathroom.
Downstairs is where the 3 main bedrooms are located. The first room is the master with a king bed, large bathroom with double vanity, and a balcony that overlooks the pool. The next room contains 4 twin size beds (2 sets of bunkbeds) and the third bedroom has a queen size bed. Both the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have Smart TVs.The 2nd and 3rd bedroom share a full bathroom that is in the hallway outside both rooms.
This unit has access to the pool and bathrooms next to the pool (codes are given upon check in). The gulf is directly across the street. There are 5 "Tommy Bahama" style beach chairs in Even Keel for your use! The unit is directly across from Ed Walline Beach access making it very easy to get to and from the beach!

beautiful condo, incredible location!

we recently stayed here for a girls weekend and we were more than pleased with the cleanliness of the home and amenities available. the home is nicely decorated and feels cozy, while also allowing ample space to spread out. it is conveniently located within walking distance to several restaurants, shops, a liquor store, and a delicious ice cream shop. one of the rooms looks over the on site pool, which would be nice if you had early teens to keep an eye on from above. Eric was quick and proactive with communication. our girls group couldn’t have asked for a better set up for this years trip!

Great Property / Great Location

The property was exactly as advertised. It actually felt larger than the pictures. Very clean and organized. Eric was a great host - communicated early and throughout the stay. The beach access is right across the street, but the public beach area fills quickly as the "private beach" on each side limits your ability to spread out. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Excellent all the way around!!!

We have nothing but great things to say about this property. It was a great property in a prime location. Eric, the property manager, was quick to respond and very helpful. If I could give higher than five stars I would. We’ll be going back!!!
