This home is just a 4-minute walk to a deeded beach access and includes a 6 seater golf cart to make your journey around 30A a little more adventurous! The home has a private pool with outdoor living area, lounge chairs and a 65-inch flat-screen TV poolside.

This professionally designed home begins with a screened-in porch on the first floor and a queen bedroom with a shower-only ensuite bathroom. This level also offers a half bath that is convenient to the pool area and screened-in porch.

The second level is the main area of the home which features an open concept kitchen, a living area that flows seamlessly to the second-floor balcony, and includes a 75-inch flat-screen TV. There is also a half bathroom on this floor. The dining area can seat up to 11 people utilizing the seating at the breakfast bar. A built-in butler’s pantry/cocktail bar with a wine fridge is also located on this level. There is also a bedroom with a king bed and a private bathroom.
