The living room offers comfortable, premium furnishings, while the dining area offers seating for 6-7 with additional seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. The living room leads to a back deck screened-in back porch and a patio with private propane (provided) grill and outdoor seating, perfect for the whole family to unwind and enjoy the sea-breeze.
This open-concept home outshines the rest, with it's outstanding designer décor and unique amenities. The fully-appointed and upgraded kitchen featuring stunning Granite counters, soft-close cabinets, stainless steel appliances, gas range with vent hood, convection oven, built in microwave, large sink, custom backsplash, large breakfast bar island with seating for three, and much more! There is also a dining table (with seating for 6-7) in the breakfast area that leads to the side porch, and couches around the large Cable TV, the perfect place for relaxing or watching the “big” game with the whole family. The first-floor hosts a Queen Junior Master Suite, the perfect place for any guest who has trouble with stairs! The community pool area also has a four-story observation tower from which you can enjoy dazzling views of the Gulf of Mexico and surrounding Blue Mountain Beach.
