Dune Vacation Rentals Presents: Better By The Beach is a beautiful 4 bedroom 4.5 bathroom home located in the Camp District of Watercolor. This vacation rental home shows off multiple outdoor spaces with a tower that gives 360 views of Watercolor while providing a memorable experience of your beach vacation.

As you enter on the first floor you are greeted by a grand staircase that leads upstairs. If you are to walk straight you will see the master bedroom on your left. Accompanied with a soak in tub and a walk in shower, closet space, and a large room with all around windows. Walking past the master bedroom you will enter the Kitchen with an open living space. The kitchen features a double sink that will help assist in cooking. The kitchen is fully stocked with up to date appliances and everything you will need. Multiple couches surround a fireplace in the living room creating an at home feel during your vacation. There is a dining table with room for eight. An attached sunroom that is windowed has views of the plunge pool / spa (can be heated for $65/day). The perfect place to read and relax while still being able to see outside. There is a screened in sunroom porch at the back of the house with access to the plunge pool / spa. There is a half bath and laundry room located on the first floor as well.

The second floor hosts the three other bedrooms and a bunk nook. On the left there are two bedrooms both with their own bathrooms. The right displays a bunk nook with 4 beds and another bedroom. The bunk nook and other bedroom share a bathroom in the hall that is large with a shower tub combo. A second living room is on this level that is an amazing space for guests on this level. The second floor balcony has an outdoor seating area with a bed swing.

The third floor hosts the fun! A media room is the owner of this floor. Accompanied with a TV and multiple seating areas this room is a great socialization spot for kids or adults. Games are provided and entertainment is ensured! There is a half bathroom on this floor as well.

- Fireplace not for guest usage
- No events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.
- No pet home. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the no pet policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges.
- WaterColor HOA allows one golf cart/LSV per address- you may not rent a second cart/LSV if the home you have rented offers one. All golf cart/LSV rentals in Watercolor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to a specific amount throughout the community at any given time. Cart/LSV rentals are granted on a first-come, first-served based. Watercolor condos cannot rent golf carts/LSVs.
- 12 Amenity Wristbands - Maximum. Extras are not available. Access to All WaterColor Community Swimming Pools - Camp WaterColor and the Beach Club.
- The HOA issues one parking pass per reservation. Guests are encouraged to park their vehicles in the driveway or garage of their rental home. They do not need a parking pass when their vehicle is parked on a private residential property.The HOA-issued parking pass is required to park a vehicle overnight on the common area parking pads.

Pool/Spa: This home may have a private pool and/or spa. Seasonal pool/spa heating is available upon request for $65/day plus tax. These cannot be heated separately as the water flows from the spa into the pool. If one is heated, they are both heated. Maximum temp for Pool is 90 degrees. Maximum temp for spa is 100 degrees. Pool and/or spa heat is not available during the warmer months from Memorial Day to September 30th.

Reservation/Booking Policy
- Minimum age: All properties require a minimum of one adult over the age of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
- Except for a $250 Cancellation Fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
- Cleaning: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.
