Welcome to Good Vibes 30A, a newly remodeled pet-friendly home, located just minutes from the sugar white sands and turquoise waters of Seagrove Beach!! If you are looking for a peaceful getaway you've come to the right place. Our 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home sits quietly in a tree topped area. On the front porch you can enjoy your morning coffee and the gulf breezes. From the fully equipped kitchen, you can view the living room area featuring a flat screen TV. The master bedroom with private En suite opens up to the large porch and is the coziest spot for your evening glass of wine. An outdoor gas grill is available for use. One guest room has a Queen bed and the other has two full beds. Good Vibes 30A can comfortably sleep up to 8 people. Seagrove Beach is centrally located to fabulous restaurants and places to shop. Seagroves newest hub, Greenway Station, only a 2-minute walk from the home, offers a coffee shop, ice cream parlor, shopping and a wide variety of restaurants including our favorite, The Salty Butcher. Our home is very convenient to Eastern Lake for kayaking, paddling, or sailing. Biking is the preferred method of travel here so be sure to use the bikes at the home.
Community Amenities
Found along the Emerald Coast of Northwest Florida, Seagrove Beach is a mile-and-a-half beach that encircles a small cove and lures visitors with its beauty and serenity. Named for the thick grove of windswept trees that surround it, Seagrove still maintains the same green canopy of oaks, magnolias, hickories and sand pines that came to define it a half a century ago. Today, Seagrove has an eclectic mix of old beach homesteads and newer cottages, as well as a well-balanced menu of off-beach activities that range from exploring Point Washington State Forest to browsing the beach shops and restaurants along Scenic Highway 30A.
Public Beach Access Locations Closest to the Home w/ Limited Parking Area, guest provides their own beach gear: The Eastern Lake Beach Access is located at the end of S. Gulf Dr, only 0.3 mile from the home, about a 5-6 minute walk or 1 minute bike ride. Ramsgate Beach Access is located at the end of Eastern Lake Dr if you keep walking past the first access, only 0.5 mile from the home, about a 10 minute walk or 2 minute bike ride. Both access points are pedestrian accesses only (walk/bike) and do not have parking areas directly at the access points. However, there is a small (very limited) parking area located in between these two locations at 400 Eastern Lake Rd (Eastern Lake Municipal Parking Facility) only about a 1-2 minute walk to the access points. These locations do not allow professional vendor beach chair setups, so guests would need to bring their own beach gear to and from the beach. There are area companies that will deliver gear to your home for you to use throughout your stay.
Closest Public Beach Access w/ Parking Area and allows vendor beach chair setups: The closest public beach access with a parking area is the Santa Clara Regional Beach Access 1.5 miles away, about a 4 minute drive or a 7-8 minute bike ride. This location allows professional vendor beach chair setups. So, you can reserve beach chairs with a vendor in advance. However, since it's a public access, you still have to check in on the beach daily and chairs are placed on a first come, first served basis.
Closest Public Beach Access that allows vendor beach chairs ~ Biking/Walking access only (no parking): One Seagrove Public Beach Access is 0.9 mile from the home, about a 4-5 minute bike ride, or a 15-17 minute walk. The Walton Dunes Beach Access is 1.2 miles from the home, about a 6-7 minute bike ride, or a 20-25 minute walk. These locations do not have parking areas, so they are accessible biking or walking only. These locations allow professional vendor beach chair setups. So, you can reserve beach chairs with a vendor in advance. However, since it's a public access, you still have to check in on the beach daily and chairs are placed on a first come, first served basis.
Parking
Good Vibes 30A has parking for two standard (smaller) vehicles, or 1 large vehicle in the driveway. There is no street parking available in this community. Golf cart rentals are allowed in Seagrove Beach. Ask us about our preferred vendor discount after booking! Please keep in mind, the golf cart must fit in the driveway with your vehicles, and none can be parked on the street or in the yard area.
Reservation/Booking Policy
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third-party booking site such as VRBO, HomeAway, Airbnb, etc. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.

~ Optional travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions and timelines apply. Ask for details when booking. Insurance must be purchased BEFORE the final payment or at the time the reservation is paid in full.
~ CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 P.M. (CST) & CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 A.M.
~ Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age and will be an occupant of the Premises during the entire Rental Period. Reservations shall not be made by or for any person under the age of twenty-five (25), and no key will be issued to anyone who is not twenty-five (25) years of age.
