NEARBY BEACH ACCESS

-Ray's Multi-Mountain Beach Access- Access is steps from the home! 



-Grayton Dunes- Access is ADA accessible, has freshwater showers, and parking on the street. Located at the end of Garfield Street behind the Red Bar in the heart of Grayton Beach. The boardwalk also extends to the end of Banfill Street one block to the east. The access is next to Western Lake outfall and Grayton Beach State Park. The freshwater lake opens periodically and exchanges water with the gulf. Several fishing charters launch off the beach for half-day and full-day trips.



-Grayton Beach State Park- This is one of the most popular state parks in Florida, with massive dunes, winding trails, abundant wildlife, and shimmering 100-acre Western Lake, one of many coastal dune lakes gracing Scenic Highway 30A along Scenic 30A in South Walton (SoWal).

If you’re looking for a break from the beach, try your hand at creating a piece of South Walton-inspired art. The Shops of Grayton is home to the Shard Shop and Rock, Paper, Scissors, both of which offer interactive art experiences tailored to the whole family. You’ll also find former 2013 Artist of the Year Andy Saczynski’s gallery, which is home to his unique take on assemblage art.



Flying in from out of town instead of driving? Flying into ECP (Panama Beach City) airport is a 50 minute drive to the house. Flying into VPS (Destin airport) is just over a 1 hour drive.

*Must be 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian that is staying on premises.

*No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited.

*No parties or events. 

*Complimentary bikes (2) provided. Waiver must be completed for bike lock code.

*During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues no wifi, or slow wifi.

*This home must remain pet free!



IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL

All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, as well as provide a valid ID that matches with the name of the person that made the reservation which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver’s license and 2) a "selfie".
