perfect location

We were very pleased with this property. The view was incredible. It was quiet and very secluded. We were there in November so I'm not sure if that changes during the summer seasons. The kitchen was well equipped. We had enough towels and linens for our stay. The unit was clean. Benchmark was easy to communicate with. Overall, we were very satisfied with this rental.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, with amazing beach access. Cant beat that location, unit is showing wear and tear, but has what you would need. Just not in greatest condition.

Great location

We’ve stayed in this condo many times. It’s showing signs of wear and tear, needs better cooking tools (pans and utensils), needs to have light bulbs replaced and the screen door replaced. Bring wd40 if you want to use the screen door. But you can’t beat the location.
