Excellent property!!! This house was just perfect! We came with 8 adults and 2 children under 2. They had high chairs, pack and plays and a whole kids playroom stocked with great toys! Kitchen was well stocked and top of the line appliances. The living area had plenty of seating. Every bedroom had a bathroom and the beds were great! The deck had the most beautiful view and there was easy access to the beach. The host responded immediately to anything we needed! We would highly recommend this incredible house!!!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this beach home. The house was beautifully designed, very comfortable, and perfectly located right on the beach. It had everything we needed for a relaxing family getaway. Ashley was fantastic to work with - her communication was outstanding and made the whole process seamless. Amazing beach vacation!

This home is absolutely beautiful! Our family of 14 people stayed here and we had such a nice time. Everyone loved how close this home was to the beach and the views from the house are incredible! Seaside shopping is just a short walk to get there so you don’t have to hunt for parking. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location but needs upgrades & tlc

Location is amazing being just a short walk from Seaside and having the ocean in your backyard. However, the house looks like it has been used a lot and not very well maintained. The house is run down and several bathrooms had issues from no cold water in one sink to a shower not properly working in another. Also, the house did not feel as clean as it should have considering the high cleaning fees and for a luxury rental in general. There are a lot of bedrooms so ideal for a big group. We booked a bonfire and it was easy for them to setup close to the house. Again, amazing location but would not stay there again due to conditions and cleanliness of the home.

The BEST of the best!!

We had a dream vacation week at this top notch property right near Seaside. We've vacationed on 30A for over 20 years, and have stayed at a number of wonderful properties, but this stunning home is hands down our most favorite of all time. The jaw dropping ocean view and outdoor deck can only be described as heaven on earth. The floor plan was spacious and perfect for our large family group of assorted ages. The many King size beds and en suite bathrooms were especially thoughtful, unique, and so very appreciated by all. The gorgeous home decor was the beautiful cherry on top. We loved every moment of our trip, and will be back as soon as possible!

50th Anniversary Celebration

Our family of 15 - ages 4 months to 73 - stayed here for a week. We had perfect weather! The beach and gulf are amazing. The house was perfect for us - plenty of room to share meals, play nightly games, and the deck is the best feature - lots of chairs to relax in and enjoy the views. Every morning the chairs and umbrellas were ready for us on the beach - a real plus. Some of our family spent a day fishing - some went parasailing - we all went snorkeling and the "girls" visited a local spa. All activities were fun. Seaside is a short walk away with great shops, food trucks, and restaurants. We had a memorable week here with our extended family - a true celebration,
