Wonderful property with a beautiful view of the gulf! The unit was just as described with plenty of room and amenities. Will definitely plan to stay here again.

The property was very clean and comfortable. However, as you looked around, you could see small things that were not in a state of Repair, but it did not impair the visit. Both bathrooms were very, very small and that was an issue for both of the ladies in our condo. Communications with the management company were very good and they responded to the only problem we had which was a door that was not locking properly as far as value for the money I would say this was only average. We do appreciate the opportunity that we were given to stay there though.

Beachcrest 402 for the win!

Our condo was an excellent location with beautiful view. It was recently updated and very comfortable. It had quick beach access. Our booking included bike rentals that our boys got a lot of use out of.

Perfect birthday getaway

This condo is a gem! The location is fabulous. It is directly on the beach and to have beach chairs set up everyday is a game changer! We plan on bringing our kids next time. The condo was clean, smelled nice and pleasantly decorated.

Great getaway

Incredible location. Beautiful view of the beach. Strong wifi. Clean. Plenty of room for two adults and a teenager. Con - Retractable doors (where laundry is located) were off track. Would definitely stay there again.

Relaxing and quiet

We had a very good experience here. The condo is nicely decorated. Everything smelled clean including the extra blankets. The only thing that I didn’t like was the size of the bathrooms. They are pretty tight.

Great view

Loved this condo and that there are 2 king bed rooms with a pull out couch and hide away bed. Only thing I would ask for is additional cookware as we cooked several meals for the kids and this was limited. Plenty of towels and pillows. Loved the kitchen island!

All good, very nice beachfront condo. Very well anointed. Only problem is that the plastic sheets on mattress did not breathe very well. A blanket would have also been a nice thing to have.

Pros: convenience to the beach and pool, benchmark management communication was prompt, check in process was very easy. Cons: 1. The floor around the island has moisture underneath the floorboards so no matter how many times you wipe it up, it continues to seep and makes it very slippery. NOT ideal with young children. 2. Overall, the condo was very humid. Our clothes that were hung in the closet felt damp, our kids coloring books were damp, among other things, just from being in the condo. We did not keep the doors open and we kept the AC on, so I’m not sure what the issue is. 3. There were dead bugs all over the floor, and a live cockroach. The floors were SO DIRTY. 4. Kitchen counters and kitchen table were too sticky to use. Benchmark had their cleaning crew come back up the next day. They did not have cleaning supplies on hand for us to use, so I’d make sure to bring your own if you decide to stay here.

Quiet getaway

We enjoyed our stay. The only complaint I have is that the condo seemed hot and muggy at times. The thermostat would not go below 68 degrees and even at 68 degrees, the condo was hardly ever at 68 degrees. Mostly stayed around 70 the entire time. We used all the fans available. Overall, great, clean place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very nice time and it was the second time we booked BeachCrest 402. Overall it was clean and in good order. The guest bath sink did not drain because the stopper in the sink couldn’t be opened. And the Kureig coffee maker wasn’t working properly. We could have used more wash cloths. There were only 2 in the primary bath and none in the second bath.Those are fairly minor and didn’t hamper our stay. We love the location. The beach is beautiful. We love the balcony facing the ocean and the pool is always nice. Enjoyed it for the second year in a row.

They sprayed while we were there but those critters were back the next morning.* The toilet in the guest bathroom rocks back and forth.* People will be people, for a smoke free facility it was hard to enjoy the balcony because of smokers.Other than that the condo was comfortable and clean. A relaxing environment.
