Beachcrest 402 for the win!

Our condo was an excellent location with beautiful view. It was recently updated and very comfortable. It had quick beach access. Our booking included bike rentals that our boys got a lot of use out of.

We had a very good experience here. The condo is nicely decorated. Everything smelled clean including the extra blankets. The only thing that I didn’t like was the size of the bathrooms. They are pretty tight.

Perfect birthday getaway

This condo is a gem! The location is fabulous. It is directly on the beach and to have beach chairs set up everyday is a game changer! We plan on bringing our kids next time. The condo was clean, smelled nice and pleasantly decorated.

Great getaway

Incredible location. Beautiful view of the beach. Strong wifi. Clean. Plenty of room for two adults and a teenager. Con - Retractable doors (where laundry is located) were off track. Would definitely stay there again.

Great view

Loved this condo and that there are 2 king bed rooms with a pull out couch and hide away bed. Only thing I would ask for is additional cookware as we cooked several meals for the kids and this was limited. Plenty of towels and pillows. Loved the kitchen island!

All good, very nice beachfront condo. Very well anointed. Only problem is that the plastic sheets on mattress did not breathe very well. A blanket would have also been a nice thing to have.

Quiet getaway

We enjoyed our stay. The only complaint I have is that the condo seemed hot and muggy at times. The thermostat would not go below 68 degrees and even at 68 degrees, the condo was hardly ever at 68 degrees. Mostly stayed around 70 the entire time. We used all the fans available. Overall, great, clean place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very nice time and it was the second time we booked BeachCrest 402. Overall it was clean and in good order. The guest bath sink did not drain because the stopper in the sink couldn’t be opened. And the Kureig coffee maker wasn’t working properly. We could have used more wash cloths. There were only 2 in the primary bath and none in the second bath.Those are fairly minor and didn’t hamper our stay. We love the location. The beach is beautiful. We love the balcony facing the ocean and the pool is always nice. Enjoyed it for the second year in a row.

Reviewer Comments: This is a great location but needs some general help!* Master sink has a drain problem * Master toilet is child height* Master rug is majorly rolled up an a trip hazard* Ants, ants, ants. They sprayed while we were there but those critters were back the next morning.* The toilet in the guest bathroom rocks back and forth.* People will be people, for a smoke free facility it was hard to enjoy the balcony because of smokers.Other than that the condo was comfortable and clean. A relaxing environment.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The owner has done a very nice job remodeling this unit. Oven was hard to use but the maintenance man was helpful. There was no indication that construction in another unit was being done & it effected my unit making it difficult to use our balcony. We should have been told this when renting the property. Construction crew never cleaned up trash on our balcony. This was a game changer. The unit also looked cleaned at first glance but alot of points were missed in the cleaning.

Benchmark leaves a little to be desired

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were without air-conditioning for 2 nights, so our condo was extremely humid. I made several calls and text messages starting with the time we arrived which was around 5pm so the office was closed and the call went to an afterhours number. We were only refunded $114.79 which sounds like about the cost of a part. The condo was lovely and was advertised as having A/C. We found out the coffee pot did not work when we got up the first morning. The coffee pot was replaced late the first day with a brand new one. You only get one washcloth per person for the week so you will be doing laundry or bring some washcloths and towels from home. The overall property was clean and I would go back again. They should have refunded us for the nights we did not have A/C.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been renting units at Beachcrest for many years now. Over the years we have seen the property go through various phases, good and bad. On this trip, we could definitely tell the property was getting the attention it needed. All the pool furniture was new with matching cushions, the grass areas were nice and landscaping was neat. We stayed in unit 402 and it was awesome. The decor was all new and up to trend. Very white and bright which is what you want at the beach. Our group had 5 units this trip and ours was one of the best. Who wants dark and bulky furniture when you are at the beach. However, there are a couple of negatives, but would they will not keep us from coming back. The kitchen, while very new, was not very well equipped with pots and pans. We had to borrow some from another unit. Also, the oven did not work for the first few days until we figured out how to reset the breaker. Again, minor issues. Kudos to the owners of unit 402!
