The property features a fully stocked gourmet kitchen. An electric George Foreman grill is located on the balcony for easy cookouts. At 305 you have a perfect view not only from the balcony but from the kitchen, dining, and living area. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
