🏠Welcome to Beach Burrow



You will fall in love with "Beach Burrow on 30A" and the Gulf Place Community! New to our rental program, so please view the review pics! Located on the west end of 30A, with 3 dedicated beach entrances, 3 community pools, tennis courts, and some of the best restaurants and shopping along 30A! Once you arrive, you can settle in and relax. This spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath has everything you need to enjoy your vacation! The large master bedroom has a King bed and an updated walk-in shower and full bath. The second bedroom is also spacious with a King bed and access to the hall full bath. There are 2 convenient bunkbeds in the hallway, and a queen sofa bed in the living room! The living area is large enough to spread out and enjoy time with your family/friends, has French doors opening to the balcony overlooking the Gulf and Turtle lake! The pool is just downstairs and the walkover to the beach is directly across from the Caribbean building where this condo is located! The kitchen is updated with a large breakfast bar, and equipped with all you should need to make a quick lunch or a 5 course meal! There is a wonderful dining area as well, and the floorplan is such that whether you are in the kitchen, dining area or living area/balcony, you can connect with family/friends and spend quality time.

Enjoy the neighborhood of Gulf Place, which includes restaurants such as 30A Deli, The Perfect Pig, Pizza By the Sea, Shunk Gulley, Shelby's and Sunrise Coffee, and a quick walk to The Vue! Pecan Jack's Ice Cream and Growlers Garage is just a few minute walk as well! Some of the best boutique shops, such as, SOHO and shops & services such as YOLO, where you can rent bikes and paddle boards, or the 30A store for all your official 30A gear! There is a nail salon, day spa and a hair salon in the neighborhood as well!

Along with the 3 dedicated beach walkovers, there is also the large, public beach entrance "Ed Walline" with restrooms, a multitude of beach services available for beach chairs and umbrellas. Just let us know the services you are interested in! We can help provide information or help you set up a beach bonfire, beach portraits, etc. We are happy to help you make the most out of your invaluable vacation time!

There are elevators for your convenience and open parking outside the Caribbean building!

Gulf Place, just opposite Ed Walline beach access and located just steps from the famous sugar-white sand and turquoise waters of Northwest Florida’s celebrated Emerald Coast, Gulf Place is one of 30A’s original urban developments. The 25-acre community is located in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach on the corner of 30A and 393. Gulf Place was specifically designed to offer a one stop vacation destination with beautiful palm tree-lined streets, wide sidewalks, outdoor patios with large umbrellas, a nature walking trail, plentiful green space, tennis, pools and more.

Gulf Place offers amenities for all including a coffee shop, 2 ice cream/candy shops, Arcade for the kids, Yolo bike & board rentals, Shunk Gulley wine and spirits store, boutiques, gift shops, 30A store and more!  There are casual to upscale dining options steps from our condo or a short walk to: Chef’s 30A Deli, The Perfect Pig, Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar, Shelby’s Beach Bar & Grill, Cava & Cakes, The Vue on 30A, South of Philly, Goatfeathers, Pizza by the sea, Basmati’s, Local Catch and Growler Garage. Also Awakening Wellness Spa and 2 excellent nail salons. Gulf Place host a fun wine walk each month spotlighting local merchants, delicious food and of course wine! Just a short bike ride away you can enjoy the Blue Mountain area and all its restaurant and retail offerings as well as the Dune Allen area and Topsail preserve state park. There’s lots of shopping in the Gulf Place area and a short walk east you can enjoy Lola’s and the Justin Gaffrey Art Gallery.
