Tillgänglig 6-13 juli på grund av avbokning. Denna stora stadsbostad har utsikt över viken från vardagsrummet, matplatsen, balkongen och särskilt från den stora Master Suite och sitt sittutrymme. Från ytterdörren, det är bara 90 steg för att sätta tårna i gnistrande vita socker sand och smaragdgröna vattnet i Mexikanska golfen. Tillgång till stranden är VIA privata strandpromenaden - inga gator eller vägar att korsa. Från balkongen kan du övervaka barnen simmar i poolen, eller spela i den stora gården nedanför. Titta på storbilds-TV i vardagsrummet, medan barnen titta på TV eller spela spel på golvet nedanför.
Trådlöst internet, DVD-spelare tillhandahålls.

De fyra sovrummen är inställd för maximal flexibilitet: Befälhavaren svit har en king size-säng, ett sovrum har en drottning säng, en tredje sovrummet har extra långa enkelsängar som kan skjutas ihop för att göra en king size-enhet; den fjärde sovrummet har regelbundna enkelsängar. Alla rum har TV.

Santa Rosa Beach är familjeorienterad - inga höga kondom eller hotell. Förutom enkel tillgång till stranden och poolen kan gästerna också gå till många nära-av restauranger, butiker och konserter (Gulf Place amfiteater). Cykel / jogga / gå 18 mil asfalterad 30A cykelväg (hyra cyklar i närheten). Spela golf eller tennis på Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club.

Area restauranger erbjuder fantastiskt lokala skaldjur - eller laga det själv i det fullt utrustade köket eller på gasgrill tillhandahålls.

Om du vill köra utanför Santa Rosa, det finns mycket att göra: Utforska närliggande stranden samhällen i Seaside, akvarell eller Grayton Beach. I Sandestin, besök Baytowne Wharf eller handla på Silver Sands Outlet Mall. I Destin, gå djuphavsfiske avgår från Destin Harbor, visa aktuella filmer på Destin Commons eller Grand Boulevard; besöka Big Kahuna vatten-och-nöjespark.

Family Vacation

A family friendly place. Loved the closeness of the pool and beach. We also enjoyed the shops and restaurants in walking distance. The host was amazing with communication and customer service.

Beach view and a short walk

Unit could handle two small families based on good setup with beach view on the top two floors. Kids enjoyed the warm pool. Short walk to the beach. Also, within a 5-10 minute walk to Goatfeathers and Shunk Gulley.

Great stay! Perfect location.

This was our first time vacationing in Santa Rosa Beach and it did not disappoint! This house was in the perfect location next to the pool, close to the beach and near all kinds of shops and restaurants. It was a great size allowing everyone to have their own space. The house was clean and the owner was very friendly and attentive to any questions we had. I could definitely see us coming back here again!

Perfect Santa Rosa Beach Getaway

Awesome townhouse in The Sea Haunts that’s close to a lot of family friendly places in Santa Rosa Beach!! Raymond was awesome with fantastic availability. The unit was clean and perfect for our family of 7. The pool and hot tub are perfect for the Red Flag days at the beach. The beach is only a 2 minute walk from the front door! The unit has beach umbrellas and chairs to take so you don’t have to rent anything unless you’d like to. Walk to restaurants, ice cream, a local artist venue, the beach, the pool….you almost don’t need a car while you’re here. Wonderful clean townhouse with great amenities that’s close to everything. Love this place and you will too!

Perfect Location, Nasty Interior

The location was perfect. Restaurants walking distance nearby. That strip of beach is beautiful, lined with beautiful homes. It feels safe. It’s not far from other beautiful beaches also. The grounds of the condo are nice. The use of the community pool and hot tub really added to the experience. The only significant downside to this rental was the shabbiness of the interior of the condo itself, which you can’t tell from the photos online. Things are falling apart simply from years of use (eg window latches). The carpeting on the stairs is so old and dirty looking, none of us felt we could bring ourselves to go up or down in bare feet. Unless this place gets a complete interior make over, we would never book another stay here, as nice as the exterior situation is.

Nice space close to beach

We had an enjoyable stay. The layout of the house took some getting used to (you have to walk through one bedroom to get to another), but it wasn’t anything that would keep us from staying there again. 90 steps to the beach is a little bit of a stretch- it was more like 250, but still not far at all and the views were lovely. Its also a stretch to say that you can watch the kids in the pool. Perhaps you could if there weren’t trees between the house and the pool (the pool is right next to the house, but you can’t necessarily see it from the balcony). Overall though, the gated community was nice and the pool was great. It was convenient to the shops without being next to the super crowded part of the beach. The owner was helpful in helping us get our left behind phone charger back.

Amazing family vacation. Easy access to beach and restaurants

Excellent property. Lots of space! Beds are comfortable and condo clean. Lots of cookware, utensils, Tupperware, and dishes. Property manager is very responsive. My grandkids and kids give it 2 thumbs up. Highly recommend this place!

Retired siblings vacation

There were 8 retired folks in our group and we had a very good time. The stairs got a little tough by week's end, but fortunately there were railings on each side of the stairways which helped those of us with bad knees. The pool was very nice and the hot tub had nice, hot water. There was quite a bit of seaweed washing onto the beach, but one lady who was somewhat of a regular said it was due to the hurricane down south as she had never seen it like that before. It also caused rip current warnings our last two days. Otherwise the,beach was great. Well supplied kitchen as far as dishes and utensils, however don't expect spices or condiments. I'm sure that is due to pandemic issues as Ray, the landlord, has tried to accommodate all the renters' needs.

Perfect Beach House

Everything was exactly as described, but the descriptions could not capture the pure beauty and magic of the view. The beach truly was a short walk from the front door, you could hear the waves and smell the ocean. Even the rainy days weren’t bad at all. We had great family time playing games. I highly recommend any families that are trying to decide, should stay here.

Nice property

Easy to get in, but the gate didn't recognize our car to leave. Had to go outside and use the code to leave the property. The beds were great! The kitchen was well stocked with pots pans and dishes! Enjoyed our stay!!

Great space and location

Great time in this 3 level condo. Nice to be so close to the beach and pool! We liked the added privacy of having the bedrooms on separate floors. Will say some new beds could improve the stay…. Had a couple of issues but manager was very quick to address them.

Best location

Condo suited my family’s needs well. Has a good layout so we were able to spread out. Was well equipped w/ beach supplies and kitchen had everything we needed. Condo is dated but really functional. Host was great to work with. Perfect location for beach, pool and within walking distance to lots of great restaurants / ice cream shops.
