  • Njut av den mysiga komforten med detta hus i bukten vid havet i Seawalk Circle i hjärtat av Seagrove Beach. En kort promenad till stranden och en stor privat pool gör det idealiskt för en familj som letar efter en minnesvärd semester. Bara ombyggda med en extra gasspis, surroundljud i främre rummet, ny kökdesign med öppen planlösning, uppdaterade möbler och inredning. Detta snyggt inredda strandhus med 3 sovrum och 3 badrum kommer att glädja hela familjen. Boytan är på första våningen med en full över två våningssäng sovrum och badrum. Den andra våningen har en rymlig master svit med en veranda. Badrummet har separat dusch och bubbelbadkar. Det finns också ett drottning sovrum och badrum ligger på andra våningen. Alla rum har TV. This was a great stay for the 4th of July week with my wife and two kids. The house was very clean with easy check in and very convenient beach access at the end of the street. We will be back!

This was a beautiful place to stay!! And convenient for many things. Best part, we were two houses down from the wedding Venue!! So great for my elderly dad! Thank you!

100% would stay again

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place has super close beach access which is great when you had kids. The living room layout was perfect, and I kept telling my wife I would 100% be ok with this setup at our house. I will say they need to fix the fans so they spin faster, but the house gets super cold even without the fans on high. We did have an ant issue and had to throw some food out, but it would be nice if the reimbursed us for the food we lost. With this being said they should look at getting a golf cart because they are far from downtown seaside and parking is a nightmare.

House was very clean and had all of the amenities that we needed. Kitchen was fully stocked with all cooking items. We would definitely stay here again.

We had no issues and our children loved being able to swim. The house is a few minutes from the beach and it was so convenient. We had a minor plumbing issue and maintenance was very quick to address it and get it fixed. It was our first visit to 30A and loved the location of this house, we hope to go back in future years!

Great property and location

House and pool were great and perfect location for beach. Here’s what you need to know….No beach towels or chairs so you will have to bring.Just enough essentials to get you through a day or 2, you will need toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap The kitchen is well equipped tons of dishes, glasses 2 blenders pans and bowls but there is no cabinet space for food so you will need to leave on counter. I have dealt with Benchmark in the past and they have always been sub par. This time they were excellent! Great communication and prompt attention to any issues or questions. We were even able to check in early. We would have NO hesitation on renting Dolphin house again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall great place. Very clean. Ample room for family of four and mother-in-law to enjoy a much needed getaway. Steps from the beach. No gulf view. No noise issues from facing 30-A. Felt secluded and private. Well stocked and appointed kitchen. MBR ceiling fan didn’t provide much relief at all. Pool needed attention - was not vacuumed at beginning of stay and turned green/cloudy by end of stay. We were unable to use it for last three days of the week. Would consider renting at this location again.

Dolphin House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great size home close to the beach with private pool. Short walk to the top of the steps leading down to the beach. The house is decorated very tastefully with beach theme. Plenty of seating in the living room. Nice size bedrooms and baths. Plenty of closet space. The only negative is that the home is right on 30A so it is a bit noisy if you're out by the pool or on the balconies. Inside it is amazingly quiet so that is a plus. The other issue is hopefully a temporary one. There are several homes in various stages of construction on Seawalk Circle so there was a constant parade of construction vehicles and delivery trucks plus load music occasionally from the work crews. I noted that the homes were under construction when I check out the home in Oct '21 and figured that they would be completed within the year but still ongoing in late Sept '22. Hopefully the construction will wrap up soon!

Great time, a few things to be aware of

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay. The home was up to date and very clean. I would note a few things that were a bit of a surprise to us when we arrived. 1. The pool appeared to be nearly full size in the photos. It is not. It is <5ft deep in the deep end and on the smaller side. Fortunately we don't have a huge family and it worked out but nonetheless, it was not what we were expecting. 2. The pool is in the front of the home. You are swimming in the pool and looking at the street. There is a fence around the pool but it does still feel a bit exposed. There was a lot of construction on the street and many workers so if you are looking for the utmost privacy for your swim time, this is not the place. 3. There is ongoing construction on two homes on the street (which is a short street and ends in a culdesac). during the day this equals noise. 4. This home is directly on 30A. There is road noise. 5. The master bedroom is upstairs. If you don't want to climb stairs to the bedroom you may want to consider other options. Despite these "surprises" we had a wonderful time and this really was one of the nicest and cleanest places we have ever stayed.

Nice house

Not a bad walk to beach. House is right on 30A so you do get some road noise. The remote for TV in den takes a engineer to figure out. Never did get it to play music?? Outdoor fan off Master bedroom does not work....would have been nice in the evenings. Only problem we had was with rental company. We arrived at house 15 min before check in. We had groceries and a 10 month old baby and asked if it was possible to gain access. Instead of just saying I am sorry but policy says you cannot they came up with this excuse of house needing repairs and that was why we could not get in?? Not sure about what repairs and no one ever came to house to make repairs. Outside of that I would stay here again.
