The location of this property was perfect! Close to pools and easy drive to the local grocery store. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed for our family.

The carriage house was perfect for me and my husband to explore Watercolor for the first time! Location was excellent and use of the golf cart made it so easy, we just parked the car and walked or golf cart everywhere. Bed was comfortable, room was very well appointed with everything we needed. Lots of towels! We relaxed each evening with a glass of wine and watching the big screen tv!

We absolutely loved our stay in this carriage house! It was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was amazing with its high end appliances. The bed was very comfortable for my husband and I. (I was still healing from a hip replacement.) The golf cart was the reason we rented this carriage house. That was a must for us! We found the place we would want to stay in every time we come to Watercolor! The location was great too! Thank you for sharing this place. Family of 4

Loved the property and access to all of the amenities of Watercolor. We also loved being close to Seaside, Publix, and Camp watercolor as well...the golf cart and bikes made everything easy. We loved all of the beach toys too...boogie boards, umbrellas, lots of toys, etc. The property management was very communicative and accommodating. Would highly recommend Linger Longer!

Watercolor is all we had hoped it would be! Our condo was clean and designed very well for a small family to enjoy. Our property manager was also very quick to reply to questions or needs. Perfect vacation!

Beautiful inside & out

This is our second time to stay at this property. Always clean & aesthetically pleasing inside and the view from the bedroom window's is absolutely gorgeous. My husband went over most mornings to catch & release fish and chat. Lovely place

Great Stay!

We throughly enjoyed our stay! The area is so nice and such an easy and close walk to the basketball court and pool. It was the perfect size for my husband and I and our two boys. Communication with the property manager was quick and easy. 5+stars!

Beautiful!

A beautiful carriage house connected to an even more beautiful home. Watercolor is a dreamy neighborhood! Gorgeous and so safe. Access to the beach and beach club makes it perfect. The golf cart is a great bonus! Everything was easy and smooth. We loved this place!

Needing some relaxing time away from home

Our experience could not have been nicer. The accommodation was perfect for our little getaway. The walking trails throughout let us get in our 4 miles a day and the bikes were a nice plus...so much that we will get our bikes back in service. A very nice area with excellent food and having use of the Golf cart was perfect vs using the car. We will be back in a few months.

An absolute perfect getaway!

We enjoy beautiful, clean, comfortable, nice linens, a comfortable bed, and a great location when we get away. Linger Longer met all the checks! We felt like we were at our home away from home. It was a relaxing, great weather, comfortable, easy and all around delightful week! We highly recommend it to anyone. Joey was a great host!
