Location, comfort, and 5 beach accesses to more than one mile of deeded beach!

  • Casa Francisca är ett modernt hus i två våningar med 3 sovrum, 3 badrum och ett rum med 4 våningssängar, bekvämt beläget i hjärtat av Old Seagrove Beach och mitt på 30A. Detta frihjuliga samhälle, som sträcker sig drygt 2 miles, är en välbalanserad blandning av det gamla och det nya Florida, och dess avslappnade stil gör Seagrove Beach till en helt unik plats. Casa Francisca ligger bara en kort och bekväm promenad från stranden, cirka 1/3 av en mile, och har tillgång till 5 olika egna strandtillgångar i grannskapet (fler än någon annan strand längs 30A) till mer än en mile öppen, privatägd strand där du kan njuta av din vistelse. Nära naturstigar, nöjesområden, livsmedelsbutiker, restauranger, boutiquer och sanddynssjöar, men ändå avskilt, privat, lugnt och fridfullt – här kan du njuta av lugn och avkoppling. Den öppna planlösningen, centrerad kring innergården och poolen, passar perfekt för familjer som vill umgås och njuta av eftermiddagsbrisen. Smakfullt inredda rum, alla med king size-sängar: två på bottenvåningen med utsikt mot poolen och det tredje på övervåningen med utsikt mot utomhusterrassen där du kan njuta av solnedgången. Det finns ett stort, fullt utrustat kök med alla tänkbara köksredskap samt en utomhusgrill. Strandhanddukar, fyra strandstolar och fyra cyklar ingår.

This house is exactly as pictured, immaculate and fully stocked with anything you might need. The host and property manager are very responsive. Love this house! Booking again next year.

The place was great. The kitchen is very well stocked with nice cookware, utensils and small appliances. The communication with the owner was excellent. We couldn’t get the grill to start and called got it resolved very quickly.

This is our second time staying at Casa Francisca and we absolutely love the property. The house is close to the beach and nearby beaches, but tucked away on a quiet street right off the main strip..minutes to all the fun spots. The house is very spacious, well stocked, plenty of comfortable seating, and the pool is the perfect size to cool off. We love this property and highly recommend!

This property was stunning! From the moment we walked in it was so peaceful, clean and gorgeous. Owner is super responsive. He had a wagon delivered for us and there was fresh flowers and wine. Such a wonderful host.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The location is perfect—so close to the beach that getting to the sand was a breeze. The house itself is beautiful, featuring a really nice, open kitchen that was perfect for our family. Everything was impeccably clean and the pool was awesome for relaxing after a long day in the sun. The host was fantastic, communicative, and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

What a perfect house with three distinct bedrooms and a fourth perfect for children. Close enough to the beach, but not so close as to be near all of the traffic. The nine of us loved every aspect of it.

Our stay at Casa Francisca was truly fantastic. The home is beautiful, spotless, and exceptionally well appointed. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need and more. The outdoor pool area was incredible, and we loved spending peaceful afternoons relaxing by the water.The location was perfect. Our host, was outstanding. His communication was excellent, and he checked in often to ensure we had everything we needed.I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property — it was perfect in every way. We cannot wait to return.

This was the best rental home I’ve ever been to. Such a beautiful property, convenient location, and comfortable furnishings that made it feel like home for the week. The host was kind and responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen was very well stocked (loved the sonic ice machine!), and the outdoor area and pool were gorgeous. We hope to be back!!

Simply Divine! What a wonderful and beautiful home. The property and location was sublime, plenty of sun through the day, the cleanliness was second to none, everything is provided to give you a high standard stay, providing a low maintenance, relaxing vacation for all! What an incredible home! Simply stunning! The attention to detail in the decor, cleanliness, and attentiveness of host are unmatched. We loved our time here - especially lounging around the pool, cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, and walking on 30A...and of course, the beach! If you have found an available date to stay in this beautiful home - DO NOT SLEEP ON IT! The location is perfect to go to the beach. The bedding is so great I didn’t miss my bed at home. This almost never happens when I travel. The host has all the essentials provided. Have also stayed in homes maintained by property management and the level of details and communication is not the same. With 100% confidence I can say you will be grateful you chose to stay here.

This house is beautiful, and was the perfect property for our family vacation with adult kids. The hosts were wonderful!! They accommodated a special request and made us feel so comfortable and welcomed during our stay. The location is perfectly situated in 30a (5 min bike ride to the beach, walkable to Seaside, bike or quick drive to Alys and Rosemary beach areas). We look forward to returning in the future!

Beach Trip for two families

We had a wonderful stay at this property last week. The host is wonderful with communication and answers all questions promptly and is quick to help solve any issues. We would highly recommend this property!
