Perfect location

Loved the location and fact we could bring our dog. House was great and had everything we needed. Bedrooms are small but we had a third bedroom to use for our stuff for our 2 couples. Beds were great. Would stay again.

Nice beach cottage

This cotttage is located walking distance to the center of Seaside and beach access path. The screened porch and pool areas are nice, the interior of the cottage could use some paint in several areas and has some water damage on the floor in one of the bedrooms. The grounds are a bit overgrown, the bathrooms are small but clean, the galley kitchen is well equipped and the grocery store is very close. Overall it is a very nice home although a bit overpriced for its size and condition. It would be nice to have a net to clean the pool of leaves each day.

Summer beach vacation

Wonderful house, close to beach, shops, restaurants. Great backyard pool and screened in front porch. Really felt like home for a week and logistically seamless with the property manager. Would definitely stay here again.

Stellar Seaside Stay

The house was perfectly located between the beach and the town square and easy to get to both by walking. It was just the right size for six people and the beds were extremely comfortable. The pool was well maintained and the girls had a blast! I would definitely recommend!!!

Great location

The house was just a short walk to the beach and had a nice, private back yard area/pool. Also the house’s proximity to dining and Central Square was very convenient. The house was clean, but some areas were a little worn out and could use some updates (floors, bathrooms, kitchen). Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Heaven on Earth

Location, location, location! Awesome location! The house was absolutely wonderful and so was the private pool! If you’re planning to stay here be sure to reserve a golf cart in advance. We didn’t and almost didn’t get one. The only thing the owner needs to add is bicycles. We’ve stayed in Seaside in the past and the homes have always come with at least 2 bicycles. You can rent some anyway but I think there should be a couple provided. Having said that, it’s nothing that would prevent me from staying here again. As a matter of fact, I would check here first when we come again. The bicycles are only a suggestion. Everything on this house is “as advertised”. If it’s available, “RENT IT!”

Wonderful beach house!!

My family stayed in this beach house for a week and it was perfect! The walk to the beach was just a few minutes and the pool was great for evenings. Seaside town square and shops are just a couple of streets over. Publix is a very short drive. Highly recommend this property.

A wonderful week!

My partner and I stayed a week at the Moondance with our two dogs. We wanted a nice, private feeling place but with close walking access to the beach and restaurants. This place was perfect! We had no issues with check in or when we stayed. The house is clean and in great shape. The pool in the back feels private and it is nice to swim in. Public access to the beach is a short walk. We had a lovely vacation and can’t wait to come back again!

The whole family enjoyed this vacation. The house was cute and well appointed. It was ideally located. Short walk to the beach. Evening walks around the neighborhood. Kids loved the pool. The screened in porch was ideal for afternoon happy hours.

Great Location

We loved staying a this property. The location, beach, pool and screened porch. We really want to return but the beds were so uncomfortable we likely won’t until they are replaced. My husband and I are newly weds and we opted to sleep in the twin beds. 😂

Great week in Seagrove!

Great location!!

Very short walk to Seaside and the beach - only about 3-4 blocks. Pool was nicely heated which was great since the weather was cool. The house is small - especially the bathrooms and bedrooms but it worked great for our family including 2 dogs. Fabulous location! Also the rental company was very responsive to a couple small maintenance issues- had someone out in less than an hour each time.

Seablue house

The property is very nice, perfect for a couple or small family. We had a brother in law visit for a couple days and we all enjoyed walks to the beach, biking, dining and just relaxing by the pool. There was a lot of construction going on but not a problem. There are some tall trees in back of house shading pool but hoping they will get trimmed. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Wonderful fall break

Absolutely wonderful location, just enough off the beaten path, but extremely convenient to shopping, the beach, etc. Loved the quaintness and charm of the place, and the private pool was awesome. Super clean, quiet, and had everything we needed.
