However, we are happy to announce that all of the items in your 2019 review were completely updated/renovated/replaced for future travelers (In addition to a brand new property management and cleaning team). Thank you for your review. We hope that you had a great time on vacation! This unit is a studio, so the bedroom is not enclosed. Please note that the check in (4 PM) and check out times (10 AM) are standard. During peak season, we utilize the full 6 hours to prepare the unit for the next reservation. Typically in off-season, our company is able to accommodate early check ins, although this is not guaranteed. We appreciate your feedback regarding the pots and pans and we are working with the owner to replace those items. Again, we hope that you had a great time and look forward to seeing you again!

We do try our best to ensure our content is as clear as possible to give potential travelers a clear depiction of what to expect but we must have missed the mark several years ago when you stayed. Sorry to hear about your stay. I am always trying to keep up with the updates of our place. The couch is just two years old and we were just down there for the new year, the Murphy bed was fine.
