Located on the south side of 30A you will find this beautiful 2-bedroom home in Blue Mountain Beach. Just a short ride away you will be able to enjoy the sugar-white sand, delicious dining, and shopping. This is the perfect beach home to vacation at and make lifelong memories!



As you enter this home you will see a very spacious living and kitchen area allowing plenty of room for friends and family to relax. This living area offers a flatscreen TV and tons of room to unwind. Cook your favorite meal in the fully stocked kitchen before heading to the dining room table or outside to the private patio to enjoy a nice dinner.



As you head upstairs you will find the large master bedroom. This bedroom comes with a queen-sized bed and has its own private en suite bathroom. Open the balcony doors and step outside where you will find the best morning coffee spot around. Just across the hall you will find the ideal room for your little ones. This room has a queen bunk bed.



If you are looking to be away from the crowd and close to the beach, then this is the spot for you. Come soak in the beauty of 30A and explore all that it has to offer!

**No units will be rented to vacationing students or young adults under 25 unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian at a ratio of three (3) children/young adults to one (1) adult over the age of 25**

**30A Vacay rental agreement is required to be signed prior to arrival**
