"Shore Beats Work" fritidshus är Coastal Beach som bor på sitt bästa! När du kommer in kommer du omedelbart att hälsas av högt slut, väl genomtänkt, avslutar med den vackra inredningen, ett av ett snyggt konstverk, trägolv och granitbänkskivor. Köket förbättrar ditt lyxiga boende med en fantastisk kock stil fem brännare gas kokkärl, överdimensionerade kylskåp, mat skafferi, full storlek diskmaskin, stor kapacitet tvättmaskin och torktumlare och familjens storlek Farm Style matbord. De öppna vardagsrummen och matsalarna har höga 10 "tak med gott om fönster för en ljus, rymlig känsla som gör avslappnande och underhållande lätt. Det finns ett halvt bad på första våningen.  Mästaren svit erbjuder en king size-säng, Black-out Gardiner, dubbel garderob, ett privat master bad med dubbel fåfänga och stor dusch. Det andra och tredje sovrummet erbjuder en drottning och tvilling över hela bunks. Dessa sovrum delar ett stort badrum med badkar / dusch combo. Varje sovrum har egen TV och Blu ray spelare.

"Shore Beats Work" ligger nära resort-stilpoolen, och är bara en kort buss eller cykeltur till de natursköna sanddynerna och orörd skönhet i närheten av Deer Lake State Park och tillgång till stranden. Cozy, Clean & Convenient!

This unit and the location were perfect for our family retreat. The spaces were so refreshing and clean - we felt very comfortable and at home. The area is safe and the Hub was entertaining for our entire family.

Wonderful Spring Break in 30A

This year we prioritized having a heated pool and the one at Prominence did not disappoint! We loved the easy access to the bike path and the Big Chill. The condo was very well appointed and we found that we had everything we needed. Great location!

30A Family Beach Trip

We loved our stay at this property! Plenty of room for our family and close to the community pool. Love the open floor plan and how nice the rooms and furnishings are. We love this community and will definitely return!!

Beautiful little getaway

The condo was perfect for our family vacation with four little ones. The house had everything we needed for our stay. The one drawback is that there is no public beach within a walkable distance. The beach across the street is private, so you need to plan on having a golf cart or driving to the public beach access.

Exactly what we wanted

Great community - Pool, food hall, etc. Short drive to the beach. Place was just like it looks in the photos. Use of the garage was a very nice benefit. One issue - Was not cleaned by check-in time, and maintenance was tough to get a hold of. But, once we spoke, the cleaners came soon after and really did a great job. Would definitely stay again & recommend to others.

Family get-away just for fun

it's our third time staying at Prominence on 30A and this stay continued to reach our expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, the beauty of the unit, the location on 30A. Only thing to note is that in the past stays in other units here we've had more availability to thing such as beach towels and certain kitchen amenities - olive oil, salt, pepper... We were, however, completely happy with our stay here. We LOVE 30A!

Great location for first family vacation!

This property was perfect and had everything we needed for a few days at the beach. This place has anything we needed from a multitude of plates and cups to any book, DVDs, and cable you could need. It was a true “home away from home”. Only negative were the loud creaky doors that seemed to stick and squeak as you opened them. This was tricky when dealing with two under two. Still love the property and would definitely stay here again!

New Bunk Bed Needed

The place was clean and nicely decorated, but the bunk bed was not safe. The mattress was all the way up to the rail, which does not meet safety code for bunk beds.

Clean and Luxurious

The decor and accommodations were wonderful! Everything was clean. The master has dark drapes for sleeping in the other two rooms had just blinds. Beds were very comfortable. The north pool is across the street behind The Big Chill.. that was a little tricky to find. Only downside that we didn’t realize was the pools were crowded and there was no easy beach access. We drove to Deer Lake State Park to get to the beach. The rental had no bikes so you’d need to spend a lot more to rent a golf cart or bikes or drive to find beach access. If you just want a peaceful getaway with convenient food across the street - this place is perfect!

Much needed vacation

This is our first time to visit this part of Florida and it will not be our last! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and a fully stocked kitchen. Tons of beach toys, 2 wagons, several chairs. They even have a cooler if you didn’t bring your own. Hose in the garage helped so much! We did go to the grocery store and purchased detergent, paper towels, extra toilet paper and trash bags. Beds were firm bit we all slept so good every night. My pre-teens loves the board games. Highly recommend this rental.

Prominence Condo

This is the fourth time that we have stayed in the Prominence neighborhood and will continue to stay here in the future. It is a convenient location to shopping, nature trails and of course the beach. Each of the condos that we have utilized in the past have their individual pros and cons and we would expect this going forward. This home could have been a bit cleaner. It appeared that it may have been a rushed cleaning and less attention to detail that we would have expected of a home in this area. The stainless appliances had not been wiped down, there was dirt and debris around the kitchen trash can and the master bath floor had footprints. Other than that, all was satisfactory.

Perfect location

We had a wonderful stay. The home is very clean and exactly as pictured. The location is perfect. Close to the pool and Hub but also conveniently located in the middle of all other 30A communities. We will definitely be returning next Spring.

4 week Snowbirds

This place was perfect for our needs. The Townhouse had all the cooking and storage items we needed. They had 2 coffee makers. Good amount of pots and pans. The beds were comfortable with enough blankets for the cooler weather. They even had a box fan to help me sleep. The area was so awesome and was very safe. We walked the beaches everyday(Seaside was our favorite)! We ate at the many of Seaside restaurants but the hidden gem was Mercado the grocery store in Seaside. Loved the muffins! We were at shades every Sunday to watch football and Can’t say enough about that place too. Loved the Hub but the evenings were a little cold in January. Would love to come back and would recommend this Townhouse to good friends.
