“Southern Comfort ” is a beautiful 5 bedroom 5 bath home, perfectly situated in the Camp District of Watercolor and boasting stunning views of the community green space and blossoming garden.

Throughout the open concept living space that elegantly flows into the gourmet kitchen, you will find luxury furnishings and no detail missed. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar with bar stool seating for four guests, and ample counter space for creating spectacular meals. Off of the kitchen is a newly extended dining room with with plenty of seating for the whole family to gather around the table during meal time. The first of two master suites can also be found on the first floor, with a king size bed, a full bath and windows galore. There is also a private bedroom on the first floor, off the kitchen, with a queen size bed, ample storage and a flat screen T.V . The full bath located on the first floor also has a walk-in shower. The laundry station with full size washer and dryer, can also be found on the first floor.
The second floor spotlights the spacious second master bedroom with a king size bed plus ensuite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, soaking tub and dual vanity sinks. The master bedroom has access to a private balcony for beautiful views of the WaterColor community and a sitting room with a flat screen T.V where you can truly relax after a long day at the beach.
The children in your group will never want to leave the kids chamber of the home! Located on the 2nd floor, this open space offers plenty of comfortable seating and a large flat screen, with 3 twin beds, 1 twin trundle, and access to a full bathroom. There is a walk through pass from the kids chamber to the main part of the home. The 4th bedroom with 2 additional twin beds and a full bath can also be found on the second floor.
**Please note that this property comes with a maximum of 12 amenity passes. All family members aged 4 and under do not need an amenity pass to use the Watercolor amenities.
