    The foyer opens into a lovely kitchen and dining space with comfortable seating to entertain and enjoy time spent with the family. Just off the living room is the sunroom, featuring a fantastic space for taking in coastal breezes while overlooking the backyard, deck space, and private pool. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious, airy, and bright, with every modern convenience made available. And out back, the fun really begins! Canal Street Cottage offers a beautifully designed outdoor area with a heated pool, furnished sundeck, built-in gas grill, & outdoor dining set for those looking to dine alfresco.

    Nestled in-between Seaside & Watercolor, there are a plethora of places to go & things to see…stunning views, amazing food, upscale boutiques, live music, movies under the stars & even a farmer’s market every Saturday.

Great location ! Not far from the square and the access to beach! We loved the privacy of the street, quiet and private. Super attentive guest host. Sarah was available at a moments notice. Hope to be back!

Much Needed Rest

The home was very spacious and perfect our family. We enjoyed having a private pool and area to relax. Beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay.

Exceptional 30A property

We enjoyed an exceptional vacation at this beautiful home conveniently located on the edge of Seaside FL. The layout and furnishing of the home was exceptionally well done. And, the sun porch, deck, and pool were great added bonuses! And communication with the host was superior. We would definitely recommend!!

Beautiful house, great location

Such a beautiful house, with everything we wanted! Very spacious, with a lot of living space inside and out! Loved the pool and deck area. The house was in a great location, quick and easy bike ride to the beach and Seaside. We wished we could have stayed longer and would definitely rent this house again!

Last Vacay Before School

My husband and I took our daughter and 4 of her friends to the beach as a last minute trip before school starts back. The house is better than pictured. Very very comfortable. Plenty of room for a large group. Location is perfect

Canal Street Cottage

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider using Sea & Stay 30a. The location was excellent—very convenient to Seaside and everything we wanted to do. Sara was wonderful to work with and always responded quickly to any questions. She was especially helpful with beach chair rentals and golf cart rental, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The home description was accurate, but there were a few layout details that didn't work well for our family's needs. The listing correctly states that there is a bunkroom upstairs along with bedrooms featuring twin beds, a double bed, and a king bed. What wasn't immediately apparent to us was that the bunkroom is accessed by a separate staircase on the opposite side of the house and is the only bedroom in that section upstairs. Since our grandchildren need to sleep on the same floor as their parents, we weren't able to use the bunkroom as planned. Another item that was disclosed in the listing is that the downstairs primary bedroom does not include access to a closet. While we knew this before arriving, we didn't realize there would be limited dresser drawers available, leaving no place to hang clothes during our stay. Finally, be aware that the TVs rely primarily on streaming services. If you don't have personal accounts for platforms like Netflix, Hulu, or similar services, there are very limited viewing options on the home's televisions. These were relatively minor inconveniences, and they didn't take away from our overall vacation. The home's location and Sara's outstanding communication and hospitality made for a very enjoyable stay.

What an amazing house! 11 people were able to sleep comfortably and the pool was a favorite hang out spot! Absolutely would return for another visit!

Just close enough to the town square of Seaside that you can easily walk or rent a golf cart like we did to get around. The house was perfect. Clean, nice, a pool, great space and good beds. Will stay again.

Comfortable and Beautiful

Everything was clean and appeared new. The pool was a bonus...so pretty with light at night. Firepits were very nice and added ambiance.

Summer vacation 2019

The property was beautiful. They had about every utensil you would need. Some of the essentials were scarce ie. (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags). Next time I will plan ahead and reserve a golf cart for the trip or rent bicycles. The property did not offer either of these. Overall the property was centrally locates to beach and grocery. I would stay here again.

Great Beach house!

Beautiful home tucked away like a sanctuary. We absolutely loved the back living space with wrap around windows. We had 3 grown children with us and had two separate living spaces for privacy. House was clean and new. Kitchen was fully stocked which was a plus for our family. Non stick pans were in good shape! (Important to me). Only negative was the house wasn't ready at check in. The cleaning crew said previous renters left late. However, they worked hard and fast and were very apologetic. I would recommend this property!

Best experience at seaside

The home is very well appointed, it was stocked with all the necessities. The beach is a short walk and is away from the all the rush . Our family loved the sun room as well as spending time inside home . The 3 bedrooms upstairs are located close to each other making it convenient for families with kids . Would definitely recommended to any of of our friends .
