    The gorgeous courtyard is the star of the show! The three conjoined fountain pools are simply breathtaking, with benches for lounging, a grill and dining table for cookouts and group meals, and a fireplace for when the night winds down. This ultimate backyard oasis sets the stage for unforgettable memories.

    Inside, there’s a spot for everyone. Multiple primary suites, bunk rooms for the kids, and quiet corners to recharge. The chef’s kitchen features double dishwashers, a movable island, and pro appliances. The separate carriage house provides even more privacy, complete with its own sitting area and kitchenette.

    And since it’s an Oversee 30A home, you’re never on your own. Our local team is nearby every day of the week, quick to answer, and ready to step in if you need anything—even after hours.

Beautiful home!!

This was a beautiful and perfect place to stay for our family's holiday to WaterColor/Seaside. The bedrooms were very nice and we especially loved all of the private patios to relax. We used the hot tub and pool every day and both were great! Overall a fantastic property!

Great house & location

The house was just as beautiful as the pictures show. We paid to have the pool heated and during on January trip it was perfect! Fresh linens were placed on each bed which was great and the guide book was helpful! The kitchen was fully stocked and great for our large group. We had a great stay!

Nice home for family with lot of space. Loved the overall area of property and amenities. If you have aging parents though or someone who has challenge with stairs this is not for you.

Stunning!

We had such a wonderful vacation at Watercolor Reunions. The house is newly built so it was immaculate and the pool was simply amazing! We loved the decor of the home, we felt like we were right on the ocean. The elegance is so refreshing to see in a home this size. Attention to detail was perfect. Five Star was wonderful to us and we truly appreciate being treated with so much care. We will definitely be back!

Excellent for large families!

Awesome home! We all enjoyed the house, the pool & had a great time together. Lots of beds, game room was a hit & lots of outdoor gathering space. Had difficulty with the kitchen appliances & cooking utensils could use replacement, but management was attentive to repairs. Only other suggestion is a few more hooks in bathrooms. Would definitely recommend to large groups!

Our off season vacation was enhanced by the luxury home at 25 Calamint Road. Rooms are well designed and accommodated our large group with ease. Beautiful and top of the line appliances made cooking and laundry simple issues. Guest services were required twice and in both circumstances, prompt, friendly and effective help was provided. The pool set up was the best asset with everyone enjoying the unique set up of fountains, hot tub and pool. A very positive recommendation from this group of Florida visitors.

Quick stay

This is a lovely home and quite accommodating/comfortable for a large gathering. We were very disappointed that the hot tub was not working due to equipment malfunction. The floors were very dirty, but it may have been the nature of the flooring type? . The property management team was quite responsive at fielding questions we had.

Loved our stay in this beautiful house!

We had 3 families stay together and we had a great time! My only complaint is that the floors were so dirty! Our feet were black from walking on them the first day! We asked to have them come by and clean. They came and wiped the floors with a spray bottle and rag in a few spots and that was it. The floors were still disgusting. My husband and brother in law swept the floors and mopped them twice!

College Froends Reunion

The property was as advertised and frankly was wonderful. The only complaint was the buzzers on the back doors to the pool. Everytime someone opened the door the beeper went off. In a house that holds 12 or more that can be more than annoying. When we asked about cutting it off we were told that wasn't possible, due to liability. I own property and understand liability, but if had not been able to rig a way for the buzzer to turn off it would have made the house untenable, and that is not an exaggeration. Either have a pool and figure another way to work protection for the pool or don't have a pool. Driving people insane and turning the main gathering room into an unworkable room is not a solution. In short the house was great but if the beeper has to stay I would definitely tell people not to stay there.

Great Large Family Accomodations

Our family of 22, 13 adults and 9 children ages 1-10, thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Watercolor Reunions. It is beautifully decorated and had a great selection of kitchen cookware, serving ware and dishes. The kids definitely enjoyed the pool and bike riding in the cul-de-sac. Although the alarm to alert when any door leading to the pool is a good safety precaution, it was too annoying to hear everytime the door opened, so this was a drawback for our family. In the description of the rooms, it states that the master has a king plus trundle beds, but there were no trundle beds, and it states the carriage house has a sleeper sofa, and that was not correct. Luckily we had packed a blow up mattress because we were counting on the sleeper sofa. Since it is a new construction they may eventually get to this, but the carriage house could use some window coverings or blinds in the living area. All in all we were very pleased with the location being so close to Publix, the grocery store and on a cul-de-sac. The beds were comfy, the living spaces were delightful, and the kitchen was fabulous for many cooks in the kitchen! We would love to return to Watercolor Reunions. Shawna with Five Star was helpful and available to us for any of our needs.

Nice property but Management co. failure

The house itself is nice although there were some issues with Five Star Mgmt Co. as well as Watercolors HOA. Although the house says it accommodates 18, it really doesn't. They give you 2 parking passes (we had 7 cars for 18) and 14 beach passes. The amount of beach passes and parking passes should match the no. of guests for which the house is advertised. There were a few issues with the house including a broken icemaker, a broken chair in the living room, and dirty floors that turned your feet black as soon as you stepped on them without shoes. Other than that the house was very nice. But when I called Five Star Mgmt Co. at least 6 times within a 24 hour period, I got a different answer each time and no one there was communicating with each other. They never brought more parking passes/beach passes as promised repeatedly. The whole experience was extremely frustrating. Owner will not allow A/C temps in home below 70 so the 3rd floor and carriage house stayed hot. Guests sleeping there were not comfortable. Not enough public parking/parking pads around house and driveway is limited on space for cars in a single file line only. Mgmt co. should disclose all these things in their ad.
