âDas Hotel ist sehr Nachhaltig und Modern. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck sieht daher eher minimalistisch aus. Ist dennoch ausreichend. Die FrĂŒhstĂŒcksbestellung ĂŒber QR Code war fĂŒr uns mal was neues. Das Abendessen im Restaurant ist empfehlenswert. Der Duft im Hotel war fĂŒr uns sehr angenehm, so das wir diesen sogar im nahe gelegenen Kloster fĂŒr uns selber kauften. Wir waren mit allem sehr zu frieden. Auto elektrisch Laden kein Problem. Ein Besuch am Wochenende in Arezzo (AntiquitĂ€tenmarkt) war auch interessant....

âSort of in the middle of nowhere, which is a GOOD thing. Sound carried VERY easily between the adjacent rooms. Good soundproofing from outside noise though. The restaurant was BUSY. Some sort of Festa in town, with fireworks et all... Plenty of parking space... WiFi somewhat sketchy at times...â

âThe staff is very kind and serviceminded. We also liked the restaurant in the hotel. The environment is very nice with an old castle on the rock near the hotel. perfect for a short walk. The rooms are fresh and the beds are comfortable. We strongly recommend this hotel.â

"This place has so much potential as it has a beautiful view and the surroundings with the gardens are beautiful but that's also the only positive experience.
The service is terrible and the people working there are rude. There is breakfast but no options for lunch at the hotel which is somewhat irritating as there are no restaurants close by. The rooms where extremely outdated and smell terribly of mold. It stuck on my clothes despite washing for some time after.The dinner was probably the worst I've ever had through all the times I've been to Italy. One of the dishes was not even edible and the rest underwhelming at best.
The main reason we chose this hotel was the horse farm and the possibility to go horse riding. When we arrived it was not possible to book any horse riding for any of the days we were there despite it literally being one of the activities listed for the hotel. When we talked to the receptionist the girl working there was literally rude about it as if it was our fault that we had not looked it up in advance to know that the horse farm is actually seperately run and not by the hotel. Information that should have gotten when we booked.
I would not go back as there are plenty of beautiful places in Tuscany so having only a nice view is not cutting it."
