Nice ranch in a central ocation!
This ranch is super cute and decked out with so many great details to make you feel comfortable. Bonnie and John were super nice and communicative, as well as personable and chill with their horses and letting us check-out late since there were no renters coming in the day we left. Only one of the three rooms offers real privacy so keep that in mind if that's important to you. For us, it wasn't and we had a great stay at this quaint cottage centrally located to all the activities we had planned. I would definitely recommend this place if you are thinking to stay in this area.

Family Time
Great weekend of food and wine tasting with family in a cozy farmhouse cottage. Close to wineries, Solvang, and Los Olivos, but just far enough for quiet, peace and solitude. Hosts were awesome!

Charming guest house in Santa Ynez
We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend in Santa Ynez. Bonnie was very accommodating and allowed us to check out at our convenience. The guesthouse had everything we needed and we enjoyed coffe in the morning and playing games on the back patio, overlooking the vineyard..

Charming Ranch Cottage in heart of Santa Ynez
We stayed for a 40th birthday girls wine weekend/mom trip getaway with a group of 4 women. It was the perfect size accommodations with plenty of sleeping and lounging space, a simple well stocked kitchenette area and an adorable cozy patio overlooking the property. Location was prime to get to any of the estate vineyards as well as downtown Solvang, Los Olivos and Santa Ynez. We also had good cell service for calling Uber etc. Bonnie was also very accommodating to our group and super responsive. Five stars, we will be back again!

Amazing stay!

A beautiful little cottage gem in Santa Ynez!
We loved staying at this property- such an amazing convenient location to wineries, into Los Olivos or Solvang! The property is beautiful and the horses were lovely to look at! The check in and out process was super easy as well! We would recommend staying here for adults to young children!

Just absolutely fabulous
I highly recommend this delightful cottage in Santa Ynez. Bonnie has a quite a flare for decorating and the second you enter the cottage you are filled with the energy of authentic Southern hospitality. Petting the horses in the morning with a cup of coffee in hand was an extra bonus. We willl definitely be back!!!!

Amazing Place & Location!!
Cute place with lots of space inside and outside. It was very hot (105 - 111 degrees) while we were there so we only got to enjoy the outside patio area during the early morning hours but it was great also!!

Perfect stay for a Weekend away!
We rented Starfall for a girls weekend away and will definitely rent again! The host was very communicative and welcoming, with every detail thought through. The kitchen was stocked, the space very clean and enough space for our group to spread out. The patio was perfect at night to hang out, and we loved walking into town for breakfast in the mornings. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, private, quiet escape in Santa Ynez!

Perfect retreat!
Spent a weekend here visiting Solvang and the surrounding wineries with a group of friends. Very convenient location, easy check in/out process, and felt very at home with lots of amenities to spend quality time with your group. Our host Bonnie had great recommendations for places to check out in the area. I could imagine this being great for families/kids too! Will definitely keep this on the list to return to next time we are looking for a relaxing weekend getaway.

Fabulous Stay
We had a fantastic getaway weekend at this adorable cottage. The house is situated on a beautiful ranch on a quiet street, close to town and all the amenities. It was an easy drive to all the nearby towns. The house itself is very well appointed and charming, with thoughtful touches everywhere. We were very comfortable the entire weekend and would highly recommend this place. We can't wait to come back again! Bonus - there are some beautiful horses to pet too! What a treat to wake up to a view of horses and vineyards outside your window.

Tranquility in the Santa Ynez Valley
I rented Bonnie's VRBO for my daughter, who was celebrating her 30th birthday, and a few of her girlfriends. What an amazing location. Close to everything the Santa Ynez Valley has to offer, yet tucked away on a beautiful and peaceful ranch. There is a gorgeous outdoor patio that overlooks the pasture where horses are grazing. They relaxed around the fire pit with coffee, dinner, and drinks. The house has everything you could think of. Bonnie was so gracious, and we all appreciate her sharing her little piece of paradise!

Magical!

Beautiful house in great location
The communication with Bonnie was excellent. We arrived and the house is on a quiet street nearby to the mountains for hiking and the wine tasting rooms of Los Olivios. The house is well stocked. We had an excellent time!

Great location and perfect stay
We loved our time at Starfall Ranch. The location is incredibly convenient to town and various wineries and we loved the outdoor patio and fire pit. Added bonus, the kids loved seeing the horses.

Family Trip
We love Santa Ynez and this property is perfect for a visit to the valley and so close to local wineries and attractions. The owners have taken care of everything to make the home warm and inviting. We especially loved sitting outside on the patio using the gas fireplace and heater for a crisp fall night.

Charming cottage
We stayed for one night on our way from Southern California to Big Sur. It was a perfect stop. The cottage was cute and clean, the location was quiet and relaxing. The outdoor space was so comfortable. Our 4 year old loved saying hi to the horses and also loved sleeping in the tent.

Perfect getaway
Bonnie and John's cottage was the perfect spot for our girls getaway! It was cozy and inviting with plenty of towels and blankets for the 6 of us. The home was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals. The grapevine view was beautiful and hearing nearby horses, birds and roosters in the morning was a special treat. We look forward to returning!

Wine Country Heaven!
This slice of wine country/farm house perfection is a must stay! The owners have thought of every detail to make this the perfect stay in Santa Ynez. A Wonderful Place
The place is even nicer when you are in the property than in the pictures. Beautiful location! Bonnie, the owner, was very communicative and allowed us to stay a little later so our little one could finish her morning nap and then meet a horse! We would highly recommend!

Perfect home for a ladies weekend!
We absolutely loved Starfall Ranch! It was such a beautiful, quiet, and private property. We stayed there for our annual family ladies trip, and enjoyed a lovely weekend visiting wineries and shopping in Solvang. There were enough comfy beds to accommodate all 6 of us, and we had plenty of space on the gorgeous patio to play cards, listen to music, and sip wine in the evenings. It was a perfect weekend. Lovely stay!!!
Our family stayed here for a few nights with our two children (ages 5 and 13). The property is incredibly clean, lots of thoughtful design touches around the home, and the kitchen is well stocked if you want to do your own cooking. The beds were very, very comfortable. The highlight, of course, was meeting the horses. Highly recommend.

Great anniversary stay
My husband and I had a wonderful 3 nights here for our anniversary. It was our first getaway since the era of Covid. The house is even nicer than the photos. It was super clean and the bed very comfy. We especially enjoyed the courtyard to have breakfast or sip an evening glass of wine, there was a heatwave when we were there so we were super glad that the goose had AC! Location is great for goin mg wine tasting and lots of great places to eat nearby. Highly recommend this sweet spot!

A wonderful getaway!

This property does not disappoint!! It was even more wonderful than I was anticipating. The owners are so nice and keep their rental immaculate and super cozy and welcoming. The grounds are also quite lovely and tranquil. We would definitely recommend this beautiful cottage!

Everything you need and more!
The Guest Cottage was perfect for our mom's weekend away celebrating our best friend getting hitched! The location was perfectly located so close to Los Olivos and Solvang. The actual cottage itself was perfect. Decorated so cute and had everything you needed in there for the perfect weekend and more! We really enjoyed the patio as well. The guest cottage was so clean and so well decorated. The beds were very comfortable. The cottage is fully stocked with ample dishes, pots/pans and utensils. The patio area has plenty of comfortable seating for all. Blankets when cold as well as a gas fire pit. We enjoyed our stay!

You will love this little cottage in SYV.
This is the nicest, most well appointed property that I've ever stayed in. Beautiful, soft linens, lovely kitchen ware, great outdoor seating. A really fun little place.

Great house for a getaway

Wonderful place!
This property was adorable! It was extremely clean and comfortable, with every necessity you might need for your stay in the valley. I’ve never seen so many cozy throw blankets! The outside space was way bigger than we had anticipated, as was the upstairs. The location was great, in a semi rural neighborhood.Our house for readily available and just next-door, though we felt like we had our privacy at all times. Bonnie made sure to make us feel welcome. I highly recommend this space for a family or two, or two couples.

Cozy Relaxation at its best!
The house was absolutely delightful with everything we could possibly need. Charmingly decorated and felt so cozy and homey. The beds were comfortable and the toiletries and linens well stocked. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed for a weekend stay. A special note for the wonderful patio area. It was great for breakfast, and happy hour in the afternoon and warming by the propane fire pit. We had no concerns or issues, but Bonnie checked in with us a couple of times to make sure all was OK. Her attentiveness and availability was a great comfort. We would definitely stay here again! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Thanksgiving Getaway with 2 Kids!^_^b
If you would like to visit Santa Barbara/Solvang area, this is such a perfect cozy family-friendly place to stay! The host family is incrediblely nice, and the guide/instruction packet is truly helpful and easy to follow/understand. If you love wines, you should stay here. It's so close to a lot of wineries and to Solvang/Los Olivos which have great restaurants. The best part of this place was the whole interior designs that led us to cozy, warm and comfortable atmosphere. I love every single item/decoration in the house, and my kids (5&2) love the tent and toys so much. They had a blast there. We were able to get relaxed and enjoyed everyday. I strongly recommend this place! We will definitely come back again. Just book this place NOW!;) You will never regret!!:D

Wonderful ranch cottage
Bonnie’s ranch cottage was wonderful to stay at! Location is great, incredibly clean and a unique cottage which is wonderfully decorated. Full kitchen and excellent outdoor living space. During COVID, I’ve stayed in a few locations and this is hands down the absolute cleanest.

Riding bikes and relaxing
We were in Santa Ynez to ride our bikes and then relax in the evenings. It was a perfect spot for access to riding and then a quiet cottage to come back to. Great little outdoor space with lots of room to hang out. The inside is cozy with lovely towels and robes for DIY spa Post ride feeling. Full kitchen was a must for us hungry cyclists. We will be back.
