Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der alten MĂŒhle sehr genossen. Selten haben wir in einer Ferienunterkunft erlebt, dass der KĂŒhlschrank bei unserer Ankunft mit allen notwendigen Lebensmitteln und mehr (u.a. Bier) gefĂŒllt war und ein 30 Liter TrinkwasserbehĂ€lter fĂŒr uns gratis zur VerfĂŒgung stand. DafĂŒr möchten wir uns ganz herzlich bei Cecilia und vor allen Dingen bei Volkmar, der "Guten Seele des Hauses" bedanken. Neben guten Betten und der liebevollen Einrichtung des gesamten Wohn-und Schlafbereichs haben wir auch die gute Ausstattung der KĂŒche (u.a. 5 flammiger Gasherd) sehr genossen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und geborgen in Cecilias alter MĂŒhle gefĂŒhlt und wĂŒrden gerne wiederkommen.

We had a lovely stay at the Mill, 4 adults and two young children. The VRBO photos don’t do this place justice. It was quaint and well appointed in equal measure. The weather was very hot (30-45 degrees C) every day so the pool and air conditioners provided welcome relief from the afternoon heat. The upstairs room is self contained with its own ensuite. Nice bakery nearby, and loads of restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Celia (the owner) was a gracious host, and her helper was on hand to support us with advice, pool cleaning and tips on the property. We’ll definitely go back.

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft mit vielen liebevollen Details und einer charmanten Einrichtung. Willkommensgruß inklusive. Man kann dort einen entspannten und sorgenfreien Urlaub verbringen. Wir waren schon das zweite Mal dort und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Sehr liebevolle Gastgeber, die jeden Wunsch erfĂŒllen.

The mill is absolutely beautiful. It is perfectly located to walk to lots of restaurants and shops but the area is not too touristy. It is very private and Cecilia and her lovely caretaker are nearby if you need anything. There were lots of lovely personal touches which you sometimes do not find in rentals. The photos do not do it justice. It is rustic but very charming with beautiful flowers growing all around. The only thing I would say that is not obvious on the listing is that there are 2 en-suite rooms and another bathroom. The master bedroom with en-suite is upstairs and accessed separately from the house through the private courtyard. Lots of on street parking and supermarkets nearby, as well as lovely beaches. Cecilia is a wonderful host and we felt very at home. I would highly recommend.

You had us at the beautiful entrance with the bougainvillea everywhere! But on top of that the exquisite and most unique property. The smallest touches to make us feel at home. Stocked fridge and fruits, vegetables. Just thought of everything. The welcome we received from Volkmar was so warm and welcoming and we were honored to meet Miss Cecilia the owner (special shout out to her son Rodrigo). This charming 600 year old property just left us in total awe and the functional design was amazing. It was in a great location and easily walkable and good parking so that you don’t miss the market on Weds or Sat. What can we say? We didn’t want to leave. Just excellent communication, warmth and caring from our hosts!

Wir hatten die alte MĂŒhle von der wunderbaren Cecilia als unsere Hochzeitsreise gebucht. Und was sollen wir sagen: Es war die alsolut richtige Entscheidung! Die Ferienwohnung ist mit so viel Liebe hergerichtet und hat alles was man fĂŒr den Urlaub brauchen sollte , vorrĂ€tig. Ob der Sonnenschirm oder KĂŒhlbox fĂŒr den Strand , extra Decken, MĂŒckennetze ... Alles da. Als wir ankamen hat uns Celina herzlich empfangen und uns eine HausfĂŒhrung gegeben. Der KĂŒhlschrank war gefĂŒllt und alles perfekt vorbereitet. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen in der MĂŒhle und Volkmar der auch deutsch spricht war immer da wenn wir fragen hĂ€tten . Absolut empfehlenswert und ein wunderschöner Ort um einfach Mal die Seele baumeln zu lassen.

Es war ein wunderschöner, entspannter Urlaub in einer traumhaften Unterkunft. Ein herzlicher, unkomplizierter Empfang, eine tolle Ausstattung, liebevolle Einrichtung mit Blick fĂŒr das Detail. Netter, hilfsbereiter Kontakt, sehr liebe Gastgeberin, die uns einen schönen Urlaub ermöglicht hat. Es gab viele Geschenke: Einen Willkommensgruß, ein gefĂŒllter KĂŒhlschrank, Obst und GetrĂ€nke. Die MĂŒhle und Ihre Besitzerin CĂ€cilia, sowie Volkmar, der ihr zur Hand geht sind einfach klasse. Alles war genau wie im Inserat beschrieben und noch besser! Die Lage der MĂŒhle ist am Ortsrand von Santanyi, wo es absolut ruhig ist, dennoch ist man in 5 Min. zu Fuß im Ortskern, wo es herrliche Restaurants, Bars und Boutiquen gibt. Santanyi hat nichts mit den sonstigen Touri-Hochburgen gemein, sondern ist einfach ein wunderschöner Ort mit einem tollen Markt mittwochs und samstags. Die MĂŒhle selbst ist wunderschön individuell und hat jeglichen Komfort wie SpĂŒlmaschine, Waschmaschine, Musikboxen, Klimaanlagen in jedem Schlafzimmer, zig gemĂŒtliche Ecken und einen schnuckeligen Pool mit urigem Außenbereich unter der tollen Pergola. CĂ€cilia ist eine wahnsinnig herzliche und liebenswerte Gastgeberin und Volkmar, unser Ansprechpartner fĂŒr alles ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir können die MĂŒhle uneingschrĂ€nkt empfehlen und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Danke CĂ€cilia und Volkmar fĂŒr diese tolle Zeit!

We had the most wonderful stay at the mill house. The tour by Cecelia on arrival was delightful. The fridge and pantry were very generously and considerately stocked. We were there during very hot weather and the pool and air conditioning in the house provided much needed relief and comfort. We stayed for a week and explored all the stunning local beaches. Restaurants in Santanyi were great and very close - a few minutes walk. We loved the market on Wednesdays and Saturdays but there was also a local supermarket a few minutes walk from the house. Highly recommend this place if you’re after somewhere full of character and history with wonderful hosts.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful 600 year old mill. Cecilia the owner was such a lovely charming lady, she made us feel so welcome. We arrived to a very well stocked fridge, fruit and vegetable basket and cupboards filled with food essentials, thank you so much for this!! The house is perfectly located and less than ten minutes walk to the town’s restaurants and bars, there are also a few great restaurants right next to the house. We spent most of our days visiting the beaches of Es Trenc, Cala Moro and Cala Santanyi all beautiful. The pool was perfect for a late afternoon cool down. Thank you so much for making our holiday so perfect, we can’t wait to come back!

The Mill is in a great location for great restaurants, shops and a supermarket all only a short stroll away. A very quiet location, quirky and very well equipped with everything you will need for your stay. The owners were very easy to contact and always on hand to answer any questions. Cecelia who lives next door (owner) is a lovely welcoming lady and greets you on arrival with a lovely smile. Essentials like milk, water, tea and coffee are at the Mill which is fabulous especially if your flight is late. A car is required to reach the beaches but they are not our thing so we hired a car to visit the surrounding areas. Good food in lots of the restaurants and a taxi rank in town. Very relaxing holiday. Thank you

Selten haben wir so ein mit Liebe renoviertes altes GemĂ€uer gesehen dass nichts von seinem Charme und Charakter verloren hat! Es ist viel schöner wie man auf den Bildern und in der Beschreibung sieht und liest. Cecilia hat die 600 Jahre alte MĂŒhle mit ganz viel Herz selbst renoviert. An jeder Ecke sieht man die Liebe zum Detail. Es ist trotzdem modern, alles klimatisiert, drei BĂ€der vorhanden. Bei der Ankunft hat uns ein gefĂŒllter KĂŒhlschrank und alle Notwendigkeiten fĂŒr einen Aufenthalt empfangen. Von Kaffee, ĂŒber SpĂŒlmaschinen- und Waschmaschinen Tabs (ja, das ist auch alles da, steht gar nicht in der Beschreibung), ĂŒber 1 Flasche Rotwein, Essig+ Öl und ein paar benötigte GewĂŒrze. Es war einfach toll. Der Pool ist nicht allzu groß, reicht aber zum abkĂŒhlen und gemĂŒtlichen verweilen, von der mit wunderschönen Blumen ĂŒberwachsenen Pergola am gemĂŒtlichen Außentisch kann man den Abend genießen. FĂŒr eine grĂ¶ĂŸere Gruppe mit Kindern ist der Poolbereich ob der GrĂ¶ĂŸe vielleicht nicht so ganz geeignet, wenn sie viel springen und herumtollen möchten. Unser 15 jĂ€hriger hat sich gleich das Turmzimmer mit Außenzugang geschnappt und hatte da sein eigenes Reich. Es war einfach nur toll und Cecilia ist eine wundervolle Gastgeberin. Und auch der gute Geist Volkmar hat uns bestens betreut und noch einige Geheimtipps fĂŒr Santanyi verraten. Wir lieben SantanyĂ­ und die Umgebung mit den kleinen Badebuchten, von der MĂŒhle bis zum Zentrum in SantanyĂ­ sind es 3 Minuten Fußweg. Und trotzdem hat man hier ein ruhiges PlĂ€tzchen. Danke fĂŒr diese wundervollen Tage! Nos gustĂČ mucho!♄

We loved our stay at the mill in Santanyi. Rodrigo was so helpful in the lead up to the holiday, answering any questions I had. Cecelia have us such a warm welcome and stocked the kitchen with essentials which was appreciated after a tiring journey. The property is beautiful and full of character. The little pool was perfect for our little ones and the bedrooms are clean and comfortable. I have nothing bad to say about the whole stay.

Sin duda el alojamiento mås bonito en el que he estado, la luz natural entra por todas partes y estå decorado con muy buen gusto y cariño. La atención al detalle es absoluta y no nos ha faltado de nada. La nevera estaba llena con lo esencial, la cocina excelentemente equipada e Incluso había sombrillas de playa y equipos de snorkel. Cecilia es maravillosa, ha estado muy pendiente de nosotros y ha sido muy amable y dulce. Todos mis amigos y yo quedamos con ganas de volver. Recomendado 100%!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der schönen MĂŒhle sehr genossen. Es ist wirklich ein besonderes Ambiente. Wunderschön eingerichtet. Cecilia ist aufmerksam und sehr liebenswert. Wir hatten einen gefĂŒllten KĂŒhlschrank und die SchrĂ€nke sind voll mit Kinderspielzeug, Strandspielzeug und Schwimmbrillen- alles zur freien Benutzung. Das erleichtert einem wirklich den Aufenthalt. Zwischendurch hatten wir ein ziemliches Wettertief mit Regen und Gewittern. Dann war es etwas kĂŒhler in der MĂŒhle. Weitere Decken wurden uns auf Anfrage direkt gegeben. Ebenso wie ausreichend HandtĂŒcher- und StrandhandtĂŒcher. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und wĂŒrden jederzeit wiederkommen.

We were a group of 4 friends attending a wedding in Santanyí and we could not have been happier with the mill. Let me start by saying that the mill is home that is filled with history, beautiful details and a charming coziness that can only be achieved through years of work. It feels like home, not just a mere property. Everything was thought of and one could feel the owners signature and care going into it. We couldn't have wished for a better place in terms of location (right in the center of town, but off the hustle of the main streets that tend to get quite touristy, especially during market days). The pool gets light all day long and the light, floral scent of the bedrooms along the powdry, natural lights that enter this converted mill will remain in our memory for a long time. We joked that we'd like to come back every year and who knows, maybe we will make it! Lots of love and gratitude to our wonderful hostess, lady Cecilia – who is a true character of beauty and humor and her son Rodrigo for providing the perfect place for unforgettable memories.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in der renovierten MĂŒhle. Die RĂ€umlichkeiten sind wirklich sehr schön restauriert mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Die MĂŒhle bietet ausreichend Platz und einen schönen Pool um sich Abends oder morgens abzukĂŒhlen. Cecilia ist eine ausgesprochen tolle Gastgeberin und versucht jeden Wunsch zu erfĂŒllen, bei unserer spĂ€ten Ankunft war der KĂŒhlschrank bereits gefĂŒllt. Santanyi ist ebenso ein schöner, beschaulicher Ort mit vielen sehr guten Restaurants und sehr schönen StrĂ€nden in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Wir werden hoffentlich nochmal die Möglichkeit haben, an diesen schönen Ort zurĂŒck zu kommen. Vielen Dank Cecilia fĂŒr die schönen Tage.

Si j'avais pu, j'aurais volontiers donné beaucoup plus d'étoiles. Le moulin est tout simplement magnifique. C'est une bùtisse historique décorée avec beaucoup de goût. La petite piscine est idéale pour se rafraßchir aprÚs une chaude journée. Cécilia la propriétaire est GENIALE. Santanyi est une petite ville sympathique trÚs animée les jours de marché, mercredi et samedi. A recommander les yeux fermés ! Nous espérons pouvoir y retourner !
