Boutique hotel with perfect location
Very nice and helpful staff. Perfect location. With only 14 rooms all staff recognize you which gives a warm athmosphere that you do not get in a large hotel.

Good service and very nice staff
Unfortunately we didn´t get the room that we have booked and payed for, but the manager solved it in the best way. We for sure going going to stay there again when we visit Santiago.

The staff here are terrific and very tolerant of our lack of Spanish knowledge. Alejandra was a pleasure to wake up to each day of our stay. For being in the middle of everything the hotel was very quiet and a welcome oasis at the end of a bustling day. The pool was crisp, cool and refreshing.

The hotel is In a great area with walking distance to restaurants and bars. The pool at the hotel is also very nice for the hot summer days!

This was our 3rd visit to Santiago (2018, January 2024 and in February following a trip to Antarctica). This was our favourite hotel from a location perspective, very close to Lastarria. The hotel itself was an oasis in Santiago and we enjoyed sitting by the small pool/garden. Rooms were very conformable and we would happily stay here again if we returned to Santiago. Some feedback to the hotel, firstly thanks for a wonderful stay. We would have expected tea/coffee facilities in the room or complimentary tea/coffee in the bar area. The honesty bar was a little confusing, we ended up having to purchase a bottle of red wine when we only wanted a glass. Electrical sockets near the bedside would be useful...

The hotel is an oasis in downtown Santiago, close to many attractions in a very walkable area of town. We were warned not to carry our phones out in view. Street crime is an issue for tourists

Great place and I am pretty picky about area, comfort and safety. Hotel staff was awesome. Provided maps for travel around Santiago. CC accepted everywhere, but you will need cash to pick up incidentals.

Wonderful property with beautiful oasis area with pool. Close to Santiago attractions. Staff were excellent. Very helpful and accommodating. Room was very nice. Pool was too cold to swim in. Floors a bit squeaky.

Great except for breakfast hiccup
Staff were excellent, as was location. Room fully satisfactory. Unfortunately, the breakfast cook/server didn’t show up for work, and the hotel didn’t have back up so no breakfast. Most likely a one-off issue, but recommend the hotel have backup plans.

First off, customer service was the best. Ricardo, Juan Pablo and the rest of the staff were amazing and very accomodating. Everyone was nice and helpful. The hotel is clean and breakfast was great too. Location was perfect as it was walking distance to a bunch of restaurants, subway, and some sights like san cristobal hill. Will definitely come back here if we are ever in Santiago Chile.

Well located. Room was on ground floor near reception so noise throughout the night. Maybe the people on reception could just talk a bit quieter? Sheets and towels were changed but floor remained filthy.

Es una muy bonita propiedad. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero cómodas. El personal atento y amable. Tomé una habitación con terraza en el último piso pero la vista es horrible. Los edificios contiguos están en pésimas condiciones y eso le resta mucho a la experiencia. El rumbo no es el mejor de Santiago y se recomienda ser muy cuidadoso si se piensa caminar por la zona (que no es bonita).

This is a beautiful property. A restored old mansion, my suite came with a beautiful veranda. The bathroom was freshly renovated and the linens were clean and fresh. The real star of the hotel is the porch and garden, which create a private oasis in the middle of the busy city. The continental breakfast and honesty bar are nice ideas, and not bad by any measure, but they would benefit from further expansion and development. The staff is largely bilingual in Spanish and English. They were warm, professional and exceptionally helpful. The hotel is located within walking distance of downtown and most major museums and attractions. The immediate neighborhood is young, vibrant snd LGBTQ welcoming, It’s a great place to stay.

Great location for walking around many attractions
I chose this hotel due to the location, and I’m glad I did. I walked miles and miles and it was so well situated. Close to be able to walk to many attractions but also very close to 2 different Metro lines for when going further afield. The staff were helpful with maps / directions / advice, and my room was lovely and quiet. The breakfasts were ok. I love a hotel breakfast and this was probably the aspect of this hotel that I enjoyed the least, but it was still fine. I was here in winter so the nights were cold and staff were happy to give me another blanket (though the heater also worked well).
