Only reason for me to give low stars is, due to really terrible check-in experience with Robins. We reach at 10.30PM tired and hope for smooth check-in experience. He wasn’t friendly at all. Problem 1. We were clueless where is our room and he is behind us instead of leading us and getting door for us. We had our hands full with our luggage. Problem 2. He gives us room number 8, selectively ignores our questions, as if he didn’t hear or understood. Room was dark to start with one tiny bulb for whole room with no other lights. Problem 3. Room’s handle was broken, comes in the way to lock the room as you have to lock the room with key. We have to walk back to report. He comes and tries few things. We request new room as we were really tired and not feeling good. He is rude. Never ever said sorry, causes us to carry our own luggage to different room which he gave finally on lower floor.
Personally if it was my property, I would not keep this kind of employee in customer facing position. He doesn’t fit at all for customer facing position without extensive training.
Other staff members were extremely nice, completely opposite of him. Property itself is good but this kind of treatment ruins experience.
